    What is wemoney exactly?

    First I thought it was something to do with WeChat.

    It looks to be some sort of banking consolidation app?

        Ok pulled the trigger and sold all my personal details for the $10 reward. Hope it was worth it!

        Don't personally need another app, but I do like being able to see my credit score. It's the only thing I'll use this app for.

      No transactions - you just link a bank account. They are not a money/banking app it's only a "money managing / monitoring" app

      Use a 'burner' bank account… A while back I signed up to BoM for the $50 credit, never used them besides the one time deposit once for the credit.

      Mine tracked as $5 too. I think it's just a glitch. Their homepage advertises this $10 deal and I received an official email about it as well. So it should change to $10 once it confirms. But I'll contact support just in case

        Might pay to live chat with ShopBack. They’ve previously had banner ads show one thing and not honour it with me (a la Disney+ Bonus cashback that showed on mobile version of banner but not main site… they said it was a glitch and only gave the main site cashback)

    For anyone that's curious, details required for application include DOB, address, driver's licence/passport and online banking login.

    This is worse than the MoneyMe $150 cashback via CR offered last month (now expired). There is a similar deal of $250 cashback when you spend up to $250 on eligible purchases at Cudo.

      With the other deals you're talking about, you have to actually apply for credit products (credit cards). This one is just signing up and giving them your details. No purchases or signing up for lines of credit necessary. Although I understand if people don't want to sell their data for just $10.

          Interesting, I've never used my linked bank account but somehow got a credit score. Again I don't expect it to be accurate but interesting to know.

            @umoddbro: Credit score has nothing to do with the linked bank account you added.
            It lives against you as a person.

            It'll pull in all the credit card and other debts/loans you have.

            When you signed up, you consented for them to retrieve and access your credit for

      Only soft checks that lenders cannot see. It's the same as checking your score with something like wisr or credit simple

    I signed up around 9:40ish CST (so just after 10am eastern), did it via the Shopback app, got the email from Wemoney straight away, added my bank details, got the email saying i'll get $10, but still nothing showing in the Shopback app :(

    I just signed up via ShopBack and noticed there was an option to provide a referral code (when signing up to WeMoney), could a ShopBack rep please clarify, if I refer a friend who is also a member of ShopBack to WeMoney, do I get any extra bonus and will my friend still get the $10 bonus through ShopBack for signing up through ShopBack but entering the referral code from me? Could a ShopBack rep PLEASE clarify?
