We can save even more at all the restaurants we can't visit.

Most useless book imaginable, last time I went to a restaurant (same year, valid coupon) and they said they don’t except them, contacted Entertainment book and they did not care…just another excuse as a fundraiser that never gets used

We can't use it in our own city - because we can't travel and everything's closed. So they offer us a 'bargain' of more places we can't use it?

  • What is a Multi City Entertainment Membership? What am I joining here? What's the deal?

  • +1

What about Groupon? No membership required

  • Anyone know what happens if you already have a multi city and purchase this? Does it add another set of the same vouchers with 12 month expiry or extend your membership 12 months beyond your current expiry?

I have previously purchased a multi while a single city was active and it gave me a new set of vouchers starting that day.

You have 90 days to activate the new purchase so if you current membership expires in the next 90 days, you can wait until it expired then activate the code.
Otherwise it will auto activate after 90 days and you might have 2 concurrent memberships running.

I'm not sure if you can add it to an existing membership to extend the expiry date.

      • Very helpful info, thanks!

    • I think each purchase acts as a new subscription, starting that day. Although, I've just seen @jon's post that there is a 90-day activation window (which rings a bell).

It does not renew/add to your existing membership, as far as I know.

  • Hey guys, I know we can't go to Bali these days, but does that $119 multi city option usually really have Bali in it? Anyone used the entertainment book for Aus, NZ, and Bali before???

Also on the same topic, is this upgrade not giving Bali as well? I guess really unlikely that covid will be under control within the next 1 yr + 1 month + 90 day activation period.

    • I've got multicity membership at the moment and it includes Bali.

Overpriced given that you will not be able to use it for the full period given lockdowns etc.

Great value if you get to the theatre, BOGOF covers the cost of the whole book in Perth, everything else is a bonus. I buy it every year and end up miles in front despite lockdowns.

    • We got it pretty lucky in Perth so far in terms of lockdown.

  • Does anyone know how I can set mine up so my wife can also use it from her phone? We use 2 at the moment and find them great value here in Adelaide.

You can use the membership on up to 5 devices. Once you've reached 5 you'll have to email them to remove your older devices.

  • Yeah saw this, was tempted but then traveling is so hit and miss with border closures at the moment. Would be better using the occasional Scoopon/Groupon offers that suits your lockdown situation.

  • Used to be an alright deal but not so much with all the lockdowns occurring.

I have been an EB member for around 12-13 years but I may not renew due to the deplorable app.

It's atrocious. They had an app that worked fine but the changes they made have really killed their reputation on numerous review sites.

Why they didn't just wind back the app I'll never know.

This is otherwise a good product and it's easy to get a good return on it as someone else said.

  • Is there a list of merchants participating listed somewhere? Can't see it on the entertainment book website - can only see a small number of listings

    • The participating merchants keep changing as the book is now digital.. Quite annoying as it might disappear before u can use it.

      • That must be quite annoying. Even if merchants do disappear from time to time, is there a way to see the current participating merchants at this point in time to get an idea of where you might be able to use it before buying the book?

  • Email I just received says this offer ends midnight tomorrow
