        If u order online, make sure u order a little bit over, otherwise if they cancel something, u can't get that bonus point. (I'm the victim last time)

      I got the "Psst! … extra 2,000 for $40 online" bit in my email but when I boost the offer it's only the 650 points for $65 that's showing in the Rewards app.

      Is everyone else seeing the extra 2,000 in the Rewards app boosted offers?

        Heya!

        Okay so there's two lines in the e-mail. The initial line (for you it sounds like 650 points) will shows when you boost it.

        However, the bonus 2000 (or the second lot of 2000 for some) won't. If you meet the criteria though, it will show in your points balance.

        So for my last week, right after picking up order it logged my 2000+ points and I got a message of "Here's $10 Everyday Rewards Dollars". A few days later I got "Bonus Points" +2000.

      After I activated it, it never shows in my "Ready to Shop" list. I think it is targeted even anyone can activate it.

    Mine is 1100 points + bonus 2000 points if I order online.. But this morning they randomly added 2000 points / $10 to my Save For Christmas balance… Not questioning it, but maybe others also had this stroke of good luck?

    Got targeted for this last week and got it again despite earning the points. Surprised as I thought the extra 2000 would have been a one off bonus for first time shoppers.

    A big CAUTION with this deal as I was caught out with the same deal prior.
    The fine print is you need to pick up or delivered to you by the end of the promotion. (in this case it is the 05/09/21)

    There must be a huge backlog in big w because it has been over a week, I still haven't got my delivery and therefore miss out on the additional bonus 2000 points. I spent 30mins waiting on call centre with Big W only to be redirected to speak to Everyday rewards and I gave up after another 25 mins of waiting.

    So yeah…. looking very likely you will not get the extra 2000 points if you have chosen online delivery especially if you are in lockdown.

      This is true, you need to order as soon as the offer lands, today it’s 24 days which should give you leverage with negotiating if the delivery is after that

      Had to chase a few recently. They've been good when emailing [email protected] with full details and screenshots.
      You do have to give your full name and DOB in the email, as well as your rewards card number, otherwise they'll get back to you in a couple of days and request that before investigating.

        I just called up Everyday Rewards, and they told me that they plan to do a bulk credit of the 2000 points bonus 7 days after promotion end date (which was 5 Sep).

        So expect to see the bonus points by this Sunday.

        They said if the points still not credited by Sunday - then give them a call next Monday and they will manually credit the 2000 bonus points to our accounts.
