What time are the special offers dropping?

We don’t have any specific time to share as when we will release each offer. As much as possible, we want to stay fair to all members of our community. These offers will be released as soon as it will be deemed available by our marketing department. At the moment, we are unable to share a specific time of release: this is to make sure the legitimate member of our community will have a chance to really get those wonderful deals.

      Sorry for this inconvenience,

      If it is possible to outline what part isn't working? With the Domino's one we were able to see the issue quite quickly, we're seeing this one work for most people so would love to get a feel for what the process is here that is causing an error to occur as it seems to be happening to a few.

      Is it a voucher code that isn't working, or is it failing to proceed with the transaction? Just trying to understand as we are on the phone to the partner now.

        Voucher works, but the payment cannot be proceeded. Every time I try to pay it comes back with a different error message. Card declined / Street address doesn't match / etc

        For the Iconic cards, upon entering the code to apply to an account it states that the code has already been redeemed. I ticked the box to cross through the code immediately upon entering the page.

                "Thank you for taking the time to reach out. We sincerely apologize you have missed out and that you had a less than ideal first experience with Little Birdie. All the voucher codes for the Iconic have already been claimed as soon as it was live on the site earlier. We are taking steps to actively means as many legitimate members as possible to claim our fantastic offers now.

                On the more positive side, however, we do have tens of thousands of other items available over the course of the following days. So please, do not get discouraged. Keep trying! I trust other things will work for sure catch your eye. We appreciate you being a part of our community. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

        With AFL cards, the code could be redeemed on TCN site. But when you checkout and pay at the TCN payment gateway with CC. The payment fails there.
