      well what can they do ? breach has happened, the data (your data) could be floating in the dark web indefinitely, unless you change your phone email etc then you will keep getting the spams? it doesnt mean when you got a new spam that it is new SB breach happening….
      the breach was just once. the effect is permanent…. even God cant help to undo…….

        no i wouldnt because my last 3 purchases without using a deal with them they did not track and after many emails back and forth they only approved one.

    I always read a lot of negative feedback with Shopback. I'm in no way affiliated but wanted to share that I've had good experiences. Approx 90% of my purchases track and the remaining ones that don't, get sorted out pretty quickly when I submit a missing transaction ticket with support.
    I have no preference between SB or CR, I used both and will lean towards whichever has a promo or higher cashback at the time.

      Which I think most ozbargainers do, it is just business, whoever giving you the best deal win. Shopback seem quite aggressive in terms of marketing recently, with higher cashback rate compare to cashreward. Good news is, ozbargainers win to save more money. Some take it personally, I could understand the frustration of not getting cashback, for me I mostly buy stuff that is already heavily discounted, the cashback is just bonus.

    I am trying to buy a Vodafone sim. I can go to Vodafone website via Sshopback and can add it in the cart.
    When I tried to go to the cart, the system gives me a error page "500".
    I tried to go to Vodafone website without going through Shopback there is no problem.
    I can check out easily. What does it mean?

      It depends on which store, some merchants will not pay us any commission if any credits/vouchers are used.

        What about Supercheap Auto? There is nothing on their cash back requirements about store credit. By the way, their store vouchers and store credits/gift cards/coupons are different things.

          Nothing usually means they are fine for cashback. I got SCA purchases approved before.
