After missing out on this deal due to my own indecisiveness, I picked up one of these ladders from the Ringwood Costco last night. Their normal price is $319.99, so it's $70 off at the moment.
Their website is showing $389.99 so I'm not sure if this is available at other stores and have marked the deal as such.

There's a bunch of other Fathers Day-ish items on sale at the moment including Stanley screwdriver sets, Dewalt combo kits, and golf club sets - no idea if any of it would classify as a bargain though.

Edit: Comments suggest this deal is available at all locations. The website price of $389.99 includes delivery.

    This is a warehouse save item so I believe it is available access all locations. The $3xx online price could including delivery? Didn’t pick it last week as my tiny car may not fit but I didn’t try putting my back seat down.

    I bought one for myself last week, It is a great flexible ladder, sturdy and can be very long. There are some downsides – you need to get used to it, heavy (but has wheels), the steps are narrow in the extended state - hard to use barefoot, if you are a heavy guy. But I haven't regret a moment, the pros easily overweight the cons.

    Anyone know if there's a way to click and collect to reserve stock? (outside 5km)

      Don't worry, there are not so many people eager to buy a ladder for $249 (I was worry about it too, and almost ran for it on the first day of the promo. But they still have heaps of them a week later).

      From memory there were 2 combos:
      * drill driver, impact driver
      * drill driver, impact driver, angle grinder and (i think) circular saw & multitool?

      I didn't look closely at the combo nor price as I already have the powertools I need…

      Edit: possibly this 2 piece combo and this 5 piece combo. Again, unsure of prices

    Great ladder to have around the house.
    Very versatile without having the need to own multiple other large ladders but would also pair this with a smaller step ladder as it's quite heavy to easily move around.

    How long does a ladder need to be to get to a second storey roof? This would go below the roof, so would that be okay? Or do you generally need to have a ladder sit against the roof?

      That depends, is it from flat ground? Do you want to get onto the roof? I think you would want a 6m ladder to get up to a second storey roof assuming flat level ground, (minimum), longer if you want to actually get onto the roof, and this ladder isn't suitable.

    Want to get from Auburn or Marsden Park store and online chat says check with store. Call store and says can't pay over phone, etc - can only get if come in store. But how is one to get there with the current lockdown and 5km limit outside your LGA? Frustrating for a great deal - but can't get it.

    Great ladder, bought one earlier this year for the same price. Replaced an old one i got for from a mate who used it for his interior painting business.

    Plenty of stock at my local costco when i walked past it yesterday
