  Would rather get a $2 Kantong jar tbh, this is basically just tomato paste

  I guess an alright price for tomato paste/puree if you're having to isolate.

  Horrible pasta sauce imho
  Just buy a tin of Mutti tomatoes (whatever type as long as it's pure tomato), fry some whole garlic in evoo, add the mutti tomato with a pinch of salt (and a quarter glass of cooking wine if you have it) , and add fresh basil at the end (or whatever herb you may like) . There you go, you have your perfect pasta sauce, not some low quality hyper processed sauce that tastes cheap and nasty. And you have spent pretty much the same.
