        It's yum chilled, warm or warmed up.
        I enjoy it most with some fresh or drained tinned fruit, though warmed with a very light dusting of cinnamon is a great dessert on a cool evening.

    How similar is this to rice pudding or is it different? Is it the same as this? I buy this from Aldi and I reckon it is on par with how my Greek mum makes hers.

      Rice cream is more liquid. Pudding is much thicker.

      the aldi one is refrigerated/fresh, this one is in a can so doesn't need to be stored in fridge

    I agree that the woolies brand is about the same as the parsons in quality. They all seem to pick up that metallic taste from the tin though. Making your own in a pot is pretty simple. Plenty of nice recipes using just rice, milk, sugar and vanilla. Peaches on top recommended.
