Complete 4 challenges for 4 weeks in September for a bonus $10 (on top of the challenges)

  • Week 1 (1/09/21-7/09/21): Simply use your Revolut card for 5 days and we'll give you $5. But if you use your card every day of the week, we'll give you a dollar per day instead! (up to $7)
    A minimum total spend of $25 applies

  • Week 2 (8/09/21-14/09/21): Use the Revolut app to send 3 separate Revolut friends at least A$10 each during the applicable Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5

  • Week 3 (15/09/21-21/09/21): Spend at least A$50 on any combination of commodities using Revolut’s commodities feature during the applicable Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5

  • Week 4 (22/09/21-30/09/21): add at least A$50 to your Revolut account via bank transfer and spend at least A$50 on any combination of cryptocurrencies using the Revolut app, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5. (or a reward of $10 for a $200 spend or a reward of $15 for a $500 spend)

    Received this from Revolut which seems to be targeted according to their T&Cs, please correct if not. You get bonus cashback / credit back to your account if you meet certain requirements on a weekly basis. Please note the date and time is based on London time. Fairly confusing with so many variations and different challenges but will try to summarise as follows;

    Who's eligible

    • Have downloaded the Revolut app,
    • Have successfully set up an account with Revolut,
    • Have an active account (not suspended or restricted), and
    • Have personally received an email from Revolut inviting you to participate in the Promotion.

    Week 1 (1-Sep to 7-Sep 11.59pm London time)

    • If you make a purchase using your Revolut card on 5 separate days during the applicable Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5.
    • f you make a purchase using your Revolut card on 7 separate days during the Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$7.
    • In order to receive the cashback, the total value you spend across all days must be at least A$25.

    Week 2

    • If you use the Revolut app to send 3 separate Revolut friends at least A$10 each during the applicable Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5.
    • Money can be sent directly, using Revolut’s Gifts feature, or using Revolut’s Split Bills feature.

    Week 3

    • If you spend at least A$50 on any combination of commodities using Revolut’s commodities feature during the applicable Promotion Period, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5.

    Week 4

    • If you add at least A$50 to your Revolut account via bank transfer and spend at least A$50 on any combination of cryptocurrencies using the Revolut app, you will receive a cashback reward of A$5.
    • If you add at least A$200 to your Revolut account via bank transfer and spend at least A$200 on any combination of cryptocurrencies using the Revolut app, you will receive a cashback reward of A$10.
    • If you add at least A$500 to your Revolut account via bank transfer and spend at least A$500 on any combination of cryptocurrencies using the Revolut app, you will receive a cashback reward of A$15.

    Full month bonus

    • If you earn a cashback reward from all the Promotion Activities in weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4, you will receive an additional cashback reward of A$10.

    When will I receive my cashback?

    • RPA will credit the cashback amounts into your Revolut account within ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotion on 30 September 2021.

    Looks like maximum bonus is $42 including $10 bonus over the month for a lot of different requirements, but a bonus is a bonus. Could also stack with this deal.

      Does anyone know when it says 'card' payment, does that include Apple Pay, Virtual Cards, MOTO payments and online spend? The terms and conditions are really light on information and don't specify if they mean only physical card payments in a terminal.

        If it works with apple pay we could get $5 each day on prezee (for example woolies), and then we get $7 back which would not be bad.

        I had a good read of the terms and conditions and it only mentioned using your Revolut card.

        As it did not mention physical, virtual, disposable or anything, I jumped on chat to ask them, however they didn't know so it's been raised with the "relevant team" for investigation, awaiting further response…

        UPDATE - (take this with a grain of salt) they replied saying "if the type of card is not specified, means that any type of card can be used."

        Further response "so you can use any card of Revolut in this promotion"

        Google Pay Update - they seem to think these would not be considered eligible due to Google Pay or other providers fulfilling the transaction, so to be safe, is best to use the Revolut cards directly with the merchant.

    No I haven't yet, but I completed the 7 days worth of purchases total of $25 or more of course.

    I read in their terms that rewards may be paid at the end of the promotion, so that means after 30/09/21 I guess?

      Yes, I did have a chat with them and this is what I was told: "Asper checking here, the money will be paid out to your balance within 10 business days after the end of each weekly promotion period." Has it passed the 10 business days yet?

    Is this deal unobtainable?

    I just tried to purchase $50 in gold as the commodity and although I could submit the transaction did not process. Was advised by customer support that trading commodities in Australia is not available in Australia!!!

    Can i use my Westpac Credit Card to load money on my Revolut account? will it be considered as cash advance?

      I can't speak for Westpac, but other banks allow you to use a credit card to load and it not be considered a cash advance. Revolut puts it through as a purchase transaction not cash withdrawal transaction. However you may not get rewards points for the transaction with some banks. I can say on Macquarie Black Visa it shows up as an 'International Money Transfer' service transaction and does get rewards points, but on Suncorp Visa (issued by Citibank) it does not get rewards points.

        I used my Westpac card to top up Revolut and was charged cash advance fee. So now shouldn’t be using Westpac credit card for topping up Revolut
