Eligibility. This offer is available to non-eBay Plus members and eBay Plus members as set out in the Conditions below.

Conditions. The offer entitles:

non-eBay Plus members to 10% off; and

eBay Plus members to an extra 2% off (total 12% off),

the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items listed on the eBay.com.au website during the Offer Period, with up to a maximum discount of $300 per transaction.   Yeah, I couldn't apply the coupon to the couple of USB cables I was trying to buy either. Even though the page says use this coupon. Then the 'help' agent ended the chat session while I was trying to get screenshots they asked for to prove the page says use this coupon. (profanity) useless.

  No wonder I'm using eBay less and less these days.
