30x Everyday Rewards Points with Apple Gift Card (Excluding $20 Denomination) @ Woolworths

3390

Take two. Full credit to @kelasen for the heads up.

Deal taken from the weekly catalogue starting 15 September.

Please note the following:

  • This deal requires an Everyday Rewards account. If you do not have an Everyday Rewards account, use this link to get 1,500 bonus points as a sign-up bonus. The sign-up bonus points can take up to 30 business days to be credited to your account.

  • The variable value Apple gift card (where you can load between $20 and $500) is part of this deal. You will earn 30x bonus points for every whole dollar you load onto that gift card.

  • Although the catalogue states the limit is 10 per transaction, some store managers have set their own limits on gift card sales (e.g. $500 per transaction, $1000 per day). You may need to split your purchases over multiple transactions or multiple days.

  • If you are planning to purchase $1000 or more in gift cards, your best bet is to go to a serviced checkout, not a self-service checkout. Large-scale purchases require additional approval steps, and it is easier if that is done at a serviced checkout with a dedicated checkout operator.

  • The older blue-coloured App Store & iTunes gift cards are not part of this deal.

Terms and conditions

  • Offer available from 15/9/21 to 21/9/21 on all denominations of Apple Gift Cards (excluding $20 Apple Gift Cards) in Woolworths supermarkets, Woolworths Metro and Woolworths MetroGo only, while stocks last.

  • Excludes Woolworths Online and Ampol Woolworths Metro.

  • Standard points will not be earned on amount spent on gift cards, but the relevant number of bonus points which you qualify for under this offer.

  • Bonus points can take up to 14 business days to be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards card from date of purchase.

  • Refer to individual cards for their terms and conditions.

  • $30 = 900 rewards points
  • $50 = 1500 rewards points
  • $100 = 3000 rewards points
  • $200 = 6000 rewards points
  • Limit of 10 per transaction applies.

Additional Information

Everyday Rewards Dollars

  • 2000 Everyday Rewards points is equivalent to $10 Everyday Rewards Dollars (redeemable at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS across Australia or Caltex Woolworths / EG Australia in mainland Australia) or 1000 Qantas points.

  • Everyday Rewards points can only be converted to Everyday Rewards Dollars or Qantas points in multiples of 2000.

  • Everyday Rewards Dollars cannot be used for any gift card purchases at Woolworths unless the bonus points you earn from the gift card purchase will push your Everyday Rewards Dollars balance above the $4500 limit.

Earning Everyday Rewards Points

  • Any purchase of any gift cards at Woolworths (or BIG W) will not earn any standard Everyday Rewards points.

  • Any purchase of any gift cards in this deal at Woolworths almost always do not count towards any other bonus Everyday Rewards points promotions (e.g. spend $x in one transaction to earn y points). However, a number of people reported in the previous Apple gift card deal that the purchase of Apple gift cards counted towards targeted/personalised Everyday Rewards points promotions. It is likely Woolworths has closed this loophole, so it is best to assume Apple gift cards no longer count.

  • If you are purchasing this gift card at a self-service checkout, you should be able to see the number of Everyday Rewards points you will earn as part of this transaction in the top right-hand corner of the payment screen.

  • You will only earn bonus points on every whole dollar loaded onto a gift card. For example, if you specify $50.50 as the amount to be loaded onto the variable value gift card, you will only earn 500 bonus points, not 505 bonus points.

Paying for Gift Cards

  • Woolworths’ POS system allows split payments for gift card purchases at self-service checkouts and serviced checkouts.

  • Gift cards issued by Woolworths Group Ltd1 cannot be used as payment for any gift cards at Woolworths (or BIG W). Attempting to redeem them on gift card purchases will be blocked by the POS system and return an error.

  • Prepaid VISA/Mastercard/EFTPOS gift cards (e.g. Coles Gift Mastercards, EFTPOS gift cards from this deal2) can be used to purchase Apple gift cards at Woolworths.

  • Make sure to check the small activation receipt that the checkout prints after a gift card purchase. If it says successful at the bottom of the receipt, the gift card was correctly activated. If it does not say successful, alert the service desk of the failed activation and they will sort it out. This receipt will be printed out even if you have turned off paper receipts for your Everyday Rewards account.

Odds and Ends

  • Gift card purchases at Woolworths will earn 4c/L (or 6c/L in Tasmania) fuel vouchers.

  • Gift card purchases do not count towards the spend requirement for the current Woolworths Brick promotion.

Using Apple Gift Cards

  • You can redeem up to 8 gift cards (in conjunction with an Apple Account Balance and/or a credit/debit card) online or over the phone at Apple.

  • You can redeem up to 8 gift cards (in conjunction with a credit/debit card) in-person at an Apple Store.

  • You cannot redeem an Apple Account Balance in-person at an Apple Store.

  • You can load multiple Apple gift cards to an Apple Account Balance, but the maximum balance is $4999.

  • Apple gift cards have no expiry date.

  2. Another user confirmed that EFTPOS gift card can be used as a payment method for Apple gift cards at Woolworths.

  • Local Woolies in Surry Hills would only sell me $500. Guess I have to go in again tomorrow lol

    • That’s the idiot I dealt with! He managed to persuade the girl I had on phone from head office that his policy was acceptable!

      Absolutely nob jockey

      • is that the woolies near Central station? my office is near there so I have seen many dodgey people going in and out and stealing stuff in that store. so the manager must be anxious not your fault tho!

  • Bought 7 x $500 without issue, explained to the store manager what I was doing, and why — she said "Wow, that's smart and makes sense". They asked to see my drivers license matched my card.

Plenty of stock of all denomination, including variable at Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast. I only bought what I needed.

    • Looks like you may be eyeing on the upcoming Macbook Pro 16!

      • +1

Pair of iPhone 13 Pro's for wifey and I ;)

  • Store number 2. Only had 4 x $50. Took them but they said they had no more and may get a delivery before Tuesday

  • I’m totally new to this, can I purchase say 4 x $500 gift cards to get the bonus woollworths reward dollars. Then use the 4 gift cards to purchase a new 13 pro max on the Apple store?

    • In a nut shell, yes.

    • +1

Yes, but you may face problems purchasing multiple $500 cards in one trip.

Some store managers enforce their own strict limits on the amount you can spend on gift cards in one go. Other store managers will not be as concerned.

It may require multiple trips to get the 4x $500 cards, so you have been warned!

  • +4

I didn't know the Apple Gift Cards were also stickers! A nice little surprise. 5 different styles.

    • lol thank god i read this comment, I retrieve them from my pile f recyclables.

    • I came on to do a Ctrl + F, just to see if anyone mentioned it. As I was over the moon when I discovered it’s a sticker! 🥳🥳🥳

    • +2

      Me too! If I had known they were stickers, I would’ve bought 4 x $50 instead of 1 $200 😅

    • What do you guys do with the stickers?

      • +1

        Stick them to stuff

  • Need to buy 2 iPhones and 1 MacBook Air.

Is there a sweet spot to get the maximum benefit of this?

    • If you shop at Woolies or value Qantas points then no limit really. Get enough to cover the apple purchases. Only difference might be if you could get the equipment cheaper elsewhere but they’ll be no discount on new iPhones for a while so safe on that. MacBook Air I’d probably be inclined to wait for a JB/Officeworks 10% off

  • Can confirm $500 gift card gives the WR points.
@Glen Huntley VIC WW, sold out $200 gift cards, but plenty of $20-500.

  • Woolworths Kogarah had lots of cards available. All denominations. I purchased 5 of the $20-$500 cards, ($2500 total) and they would have had over 50 of the variable cards left. Kogarah had a large display dedicated to the promotion and an assistant near the display helping people.

    • Cheers, my local one at Wolli Creek did not have any at opening this morning and upon calling later in the day they said the gift cards were not scanning properly. Made a trip down to Kogarah (still within 5km for me) after reading your comment and can confirm still plenty of gift cards left.

  • Groovy. So buy 1x $500, 1x $379; and buy the new mini 256gb on Edu store. Any flaws to this plan :)

    • The only potential flaws are:

      • There may not be any variable value gift cards in stock in your local store(s).

      • There may be no gift cards in stock at your local store(s).

      • The store manager may be cruel and only sell you 1x $500 gift card in one transaction, which someone else found out the hard way.

  • Just purchased $1699 in gift cards from my local woolies with the Coles Everywhere Giftcards that i got in around June this year. So another circa. 7.5% off.

Got 50970 worth of rewards points

    • -1

      How can you find denomination of 1699 … i think they are in 20, 50, 100, 500 etc ?

      • i put in $99 for the $20-$500 variable gift card

        • Oh i didn't know that Apple has variable value gift card. You can just ask at the counter that you need this much value loaded in it and pay accordingly ?

          • +1

@ChipsChicky: Yes, or you just enter the amount you want to load up at the self service counters

  • +3

Just purchased 10x $500 on variable value cards at WW in Sydney. I had to go to the Service Desk and the person just broke them up into 2 lots 4 x $500 and 1 lot of 2 x $500. She didn’t care how many I was buying as long as my credit card covered it - but she did need to limit each purchase to $2000 to get it into the system
The 150,000 points appeared instantly in my EZY Rewards online account
So that will cover a couple of the new iPhone 13 Pro Maxes with a nice effective 15% discount (although I’ll actually take the Qantas points so I perceive the value to be more)

  • I don't have a WW rewards account, can I just pick up a temp card at the desk at the same time and register it when I get home?

    • I think you can do that. According to clause 3 of the terms and conditions, you will need to register the card within six months of the first time it is scanned, otherwise you’ll lose all the points.

If you use this link to register a new Everyday Rewards account, you can also get 1500 bonus points as a sign-up bonus. I think you can use this link if you register a temporary card and still get the 1500 bonus points, but you may want to confirm that with the Everyday Rewards team.

      • Looks like on the last page of the signup form there's an input for temporary card number. I'll give it a go today - thanks for the heads up, that's really helpful.

        • No worries, happy bargain hunting!

          • @WookieMonster: Got 2x$500 at Haymarket, no more of the variable but plenty of the $50 left. Registered online through the edrewaerds link but haven't got the bonus points - oh well! Worth it anyway for the Qantas points.

            • @aeiss: The sign-up bonus points can take up to 30 business days to be credited to your account (because that’s the T&Cs), but in my experience (late last year), it took a couple of business days.

If it doesn’t turn up after 30 business days, just hop onto live chat with the Everyday Rewards team and ask them to manually load the points. They’re usually pretty good at manually crediting points if they don’t turn up in time.

I am glad you found some gift cards!

  • Plenty of variable cards at Sandy Bay Tas. Just purchased $974 worth and bought ipad and gear at Apple :) Thanks for the info!! $140 credit on my next woolworths shop.

    • As I said to someone else yesterday, thank goodness Woolworths nuked the Frequent Shopper Club!

    • Sweet! Planning to hit up the Sandy Bay Woolies soon.

  • thanks OP got some variable giftcard at Miranda Woolies

  • Plenty at my local, got $4K in $500 variable GCs but couldn't do it through self-serve
Went to an assisted counter and they had to get a manager to approve - no dramas though

Bought iPad mini and reserving the rest for a macbook pro launch later this year hopefully

  • How to claim for tax deduction if purchased via this long route ?

    • +1

You'll get a tax invoice when your order at Apple is fulfilled…

      • Invoice will be on Individual Name or can we get on Business/Company name ?

Will they give Invoice on Company name if bought from edu store ?

  • Thanks OP, bought $4000 worth. 8x $500 cards in 4 transactions of $1000 each with no issues.

    • Did you get bonus points only for the first transaction, or all four transactions?

I purchased 4 x $500 in 2 transactions, and only got points from the first transaction. Have to call up to follow up.

      • Did you scan your Everyday Rewards card for the second transaction? If so, keep this in mind, as it is in the terms and conditions:

        • Bonus points can take up to 14 business days to be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards card from date of purchase.
      • I received all my bonus points on each transaction instantly. Each receipt shows $150 worth.

Did you scan your card before every transaction? Each transaction is obviously independent from the last.

  • So if I want to use these to pre order the new iphone, do I just use them at checkout, or preload them early. I can’t find the option in my apple account to load them early.

    • +1

You can either redeem the gift cards in the checkout to pre-order the iPhone (assuming you have sufficient balance on up to 8 gift cards), or you can add the gift cards to your Apple Account first.

If you add them to your Apple Account first, keep in mind that you cannot easily move the funds back onto the gift cards.

      • Ah I see, thanks.
I was looking in the settings on my macbook, not the app store.

      • If I add gift cards to Apple account, at the time of purchase will it automatically deduct from apple account balance or any care to be taken to avoid charging to linked credit card?

I already have 120$ Apple account balance from my previous iTunes cards, do you know if that is now also can be used towards product and accessories purchse? Thanks in Advance.

        • If I add gift cards to Apple account, at the time of purchase will it automatically deduct from apple account balance or any care to be taken to avoid charging to linked credit card?

I think Apple deducts funds in the following order:

          • First, any gift cards you add at the checkout

          • Second, your Apple Account Balance

          • Once your Apple Account Balance has been completely exhausted, the credit/debit card attached to your account.

(I’ll try and find a link to where I saw that information on the Apple website.)

          Nevermind all of that.

I did a test order of an iPad, and when I got to the payment screen:

          • I had the option to add up to 8 gift cards and/or apply my entire Apple Account Balance to pay for the order.

          • I also had an option to pay with a credit/debit card if I wanted to.

There was no option to charge the credit/debit card on file for my Apple Account.

I already have 120$ Apple account balance from my previous iTunes cards, do you know if that is now also can be used towards product and accessories purchse?

          Yes, it can.

          • @WookieMonster: Oh thanks a lot. I wanted to do test order but reluctant that I would accidentally place real order.

This anxiety comes from my experience with Costco App. On Costco App, When I click Buy on any item it instantly places order using saved credit card without any steps like validate, review order, and then confirm the buy. Not a frequent buyer on Costco App so by mistake placed unwanted orders couple of times and had to cancel or return them.

            • +1

@ashtdp: The good thing about Apple is that they are generally flexible with returns, but it is a bit of mucking around to return the order.

I didn’t know about the Costco app instantly placing an order when you click on Buy. I’ll keep that in mind if I ever get a Costco membership (unlikely, tbh).

  • Just managed to get about $2200 in 3 woollies (Randwick was sold out completely, Eastgarden basically gone as well, but managed to get some at Hillsdale). I can finally replace my broken X with 13 Pro Max. Thanks OP!

Any tip on spending the rewards dollar BTW?

    • No worries!

Any tip on spending the rewards dollar BTW?

Woolworths Group has done their homework and has locked down their POS systems thoroughly, so there isn’t really any known loopholes or sneaky way of converting Everyday Rewards dollars into cash (unless you purchase an item that is eligible for a full refund under the Scanning Code of Practice or their money-back guarantee on home-branded products).

I guess my only tip would be to chip away at your rewards balance on grocery trips at Woolworths in-store or online, alcohol at BWS in-store or online, or stuff that is sold in BIG W in-store or online. You could also use the rewards balance at Caltex Woolworths / EG Australia fuel stations, but that assumes you’re not in Tasmania.

    • Hi mate, do they still have a lot in Hillsdale? just went to Randwick all gone too, not sure where to start

      • +1

Hillsdale had some left when I was there, worth a try.

    • I was planning on buying an ipad from Big W with my rewards dollars. I'm assuming you can (unless T&Cs says you can't).

  • Just went through the worst nightmare trying to get these gift cards this arvo.

I went to my local Woolworth and found some gift cards off the shelf, scanned the rewards card and trying to check them out at the self register but the system keeps failing.

The transaction actually went through but the staff told me the card was not activated so she has to refund then re-order. She took me to the service desk and started processing the refund.

After the payment is processed, she worked on the new order but this time she did not ask me to scan my rewards card. I thought my details would carried across during the refund, but the reality is that I ended up ordering $1600 worth of GC without getting any points.

The staffs said I can call rewards team and ask them to manually add the points. I spent 40 mins on the phone and got told this will need to be done in store at the time of purchase.

Went back to store and got told GC is none refundable once sold, there is no way they can resolve this for me.

The store manager acted like a total jerk, he ran the Customer Resolution number then walked away.

CRS lodged a case for me and said someone will get back to me in 24-72 hours.

I admit it was probably my fault not scanning the card for the second time but this "my system is not allowing me to do it so I don't care" attitude is total BS.

    • The transaction actually went through but the staff told me the card was not activated

I’m a little confused. Did you scan your Everyday Rewards card for this transaction? If so, you should have received the points for this transaction on your account. The bonus points are credited to your account first, then the POS system will try to activate the Apple gift cards. The POS system should credit your account with the bonus points regardless of whether the activation was successful or unsuccessful.

I thought my details would carried across during the refund,

That happens at Coles if you scanned your Flybuys card in the original transaction. However, a refund transaction at Woolworths does not automatically capture your Everyday Rewards card details, even if the staff member scanned the barcode at the bottom of your purchase receipt to initiate the refund transaction and you scanned your Everyday Rewards card in that original transaction.

The way in which refunds typically happen at Woolworths is that the refund is done first, where the item is returned and the money is returned to your original payment method(s). Once that transaction is completed, the staff member would start a new transaction. Since it is a brand new transaction, you have to scan your Everyday Rewards card to have the purchase recorded on your account.

However, I have seen one refund transaction where the item was returned and then purchased again, which means that no money would be returned to you. Since the refund transaction would not automatically detect your Everyday Rewards details, you have to scan your Everyday Rewards card for it to record your details.

How did the staff member process the refund and re-purchase of the gift cards?

I admit it was probably my fault not scanning the card for the second time but this "my system is not allowing me to do it so I don't care" attuite is total BS.

I’m surprised you were not asked to scan your Everyday Rewards account. If the refund and re-purchase was done in separate transactions, there should have been a prompt on the re-purchase transaction where the staff member would be reminded to ask you to scan your Everyday Rewards card.

Btw, if you scanned your Everyday Rewards card on the transaction that went through and the cards failed to activate, and then you scanned your Everyday Rewards card on the re-purchase transaction, you would have been rewarded with the bonus points twice!

CRS lodged a case for me and said someone will get back to me in 24-72 hours.

I hope it is resolved in a satisfactory manner.

      • Yes you are right mate, I initially paid for 2 cards and one of them failed at the self checkout, so I ended up got refunded for the failed transaction, and I also got the points.

When I went to the counter I asked if there are more cards left, so they actually found some 20-500 ones for me, those are the ones didnt get scanned for points.

        • Ohhhhh that makes more sense.

I still think you should have been asked by staff whether you have an Everyday Rewards card.

Yeah, judging by the comment below, you’ll probably be fine, but it will take some mucking around to get it resolved.

          • +1

@WookieMonster: I totally agree with you, instead of reminding me to scan my everyday rewards card, she keeps on saying I should not be using the self checkout for any gift card purchase because this is going to cause a lot more admin work for them. How am I suppose to know which system works..

But anyways I hope this resolves like the comment below and thanks for sharing your tips.

            • @VicGG: My rewards card didn’t scan as well, did you end up getting a response from everyday rewards?

              • @proximpure: Nope. Still waiting

              • +1

                @proximpure: Update

Got a call from the rewards card team this morning and they successfully added the points into my account.

Great outcome and hope this helps other people in the same situation.

    • +1

Yo last time this offer was up I forgot to scan my card on one purchase and I was told to call - and then they told me to email

      I emailed [email protected] with:
      - The rewards account number
      - My first/last name
      - My phone
      - A photo of the receipt
      - A description of the offer/points I was supposed to get

Took about 3-4 days but I got the points.

      • Was your transaction over $500?

        • +1

          It was 10 x $50 cards, so $500 exactly.

          • @Kabal: I thought you could only put in a points claims where you spent under $500 per receipt, but I saw there was a way to contact them via email for transactions $500 and over, so disregard my question!

    • Hey, had a similar scenario with $300 worth of HIM cards a few weeks back @ww. The store manager tried to sort it by calling the customer resolution centre but gave up after a few minutes wait. She then decided to give me a $30 wish gift card in lieu of the 6,000 rewards points bonus offer. Call the store and try this option?

  • Any thoughts of when another promotion like this might happen next. Planning on getting the unannounced MBP14" but not for another 3-6 months.
Not sure if I should buy GCs now or wait for another potential promotion.

    • +1

If you have the funds now no reason not to buy them now. The gift cards do not expire

      • what if jb / officeworks started a better deal ?

  • This might be a stupid question— Can I purchase this using a Woolworths eGift card?

    • No. If you try to pay with a WISH/Woolworths eGift card or physical WISH/Woolworths gift card, the POS system will display an error.

      • Thanks

      • Also, you cannot use up your existing reward dollars. That option does not even present itself on the POS anymore when purchasing the Apple GCs. (*)

However, I do recall reading that one user who bought $36,000 worth of Apple GCs was asked to use their reward dollars as they were close to exceeding the max RD limit.

@WookieMonster: Do you happen to know what the max RD (or points) balance is for a given EDR card?

(*) Can you pay for other gift cards or EFTPOS cards using reward dollars?

        • +1

I do recall reading that one user who bought $36,000 worth of Apple GCs was asked to use their reward dollars as they were close to exceeding the max RD limit.

You must be referring to this comment.

My assumption is that the POS system forces you to redeem Everyday Rewards dollars if the points you earn from a transaction will push your Everyday Rewards balance above the balance limit (which is a good thing, otherwise you would not receive any more points).

Do you happen to know what the max RD (or points) balance is for a given EDR card?

          $4,500

Can you pay for other gift cards or EFTPOS cards using reward dollars?

When I purchased a(nother) $500 EFTPOS gift card last night, I had no option to redeem Everyday Rewards dollars.

I think it is safe to assume you cannot redeem Everyday Rewards dollars on any gift card purchases.

          • +1

            @WookieMonster:

I think it is safe to assume you cannot redeem Everyday Rewards dollars on any gift card purchases.

Otherwise, you could end up with an infinite purchase loop, and profit. ;)

  • my local store would only let me purchase $1000 worth per day?

    • Go to another store, I purchased $4000 worth today in 4 transactions from the same person.

    • You’re lucky. At least one store manager reportedly said they would only sell $500 in gift cards per day.

Even though the catalogue states that the limit is 10 cards per transaction, some store managers are also setting their own gift card value limits.

  • do woolies restock the gift cards o/n? I went to a couple of stores but found nothing

    • As far as I am aware, gift cards at Coles or Woolworths or BIG W or Target or one of those sorts of stores are actually restocked by a third-party person who visits whilst the store is open to the public, not overnight.

Your best bets are to revisit the store later during the promotion (keep in mind that there are six more days!), or to visit another store (if possible).

      • +1

Yep. I think it’s done by Black Hawk Networks

        • That would make sense, because they have their hands in a lot of the branded gift cards you see on the shelves (e.g. Ultimate gift cards, Swap gift cards, The Perfect EFTPOS gift cards…)

    • Btw, not everything you see in a supermarket is re-stocked by the store’s staff members overnight.

For example, the bread from Cripps Nubake (a large Tasmanian baking company) that is sold at Tasmanian Coles and Woolworths supermarkets is actually re-stocked during trading hours by a Cripps Nubake employee, not Coles or Woolworths staff members.

That’s why you sometimes see contractor/visitor sign-in registers at the service desk (and these are different the COVID-19 sign-in registers).

      • I think m&m's are done this way too. I have seen some guys with visitor stickers fiddling with piles of them quite a few times.

I was at a woolies store this morning. Found nothing at one store, hopped to the next. Nothing at the next, was devastated, saw woolies employee putting up promotion signs on gift card section and put my big boy pants on and asked if they had any large denominations available.

The employee slid open the gift card section isle (its like a small gate / theres boxes inside), and proceeded to open boxes until one of the boxes was the variable itunes gift card. She opened up a packet of gift card (had like maybe 20/30 in a stack) and i asked for 5. Before she handed me it, she asked whether i was being scammed and theres scams going around. I said nope and thanked her.

Then i checked out at the checkout counter (not self service) and saw someone behind me that had like 10/20 cards. The checkout lady asked whether i was being scammed and i said nope, for the points and upcoming iphone. Then she proceeded to process them. Had to split into $1000 transactions as that was there rule / max apparently.

Got exactly $2369 with points sitting in my rewards.

I'm not 100% sure how this works. Can we buy this online? or I have to go instor and get $1500 worth of apple gift card? swipe my everyday rewards and get bonus point to redeem it as Woolworths gift card?

    • Can we buy this online?

No. The terms and conditions state that Woolworths Online is excluded.

I have to go instor and get $1500 worth of apple gift card? swipe my everyday rewards and get bonus point…

      Yes.

Apple gift cards may or may not be in stock at your local store(s), and the staff may not even let you buy $1500 in gift cards in one go! YMMV.

… to redeem it as Woolworths gift card?

No, you cannot use Everyday Rewards points to get Woolworths gift cards. You can get Everyday Rewards dollars (which you can spend on most items at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS or most Caltex Woolworths fuel stations) or Qantas points.

Thanks a lot for the information. There were quite a lot 20-500 apple gift cards in Woolworths Macarthur Chambers in Brisbane CBD when I visited there in the afternoon. I got 4x$500 and I can order the iPhone 13 pro on Friday:)

  • Hey, I signed up for the rewards card using the link in the OP but I didn't get the bonus of 1500 points, does it take time to show up in your account?

It can take up to 30 business days for the sign-up bonus points to turn up. In my previous experience (which was in December last year), it only took two business days.

If it still doesn’t show up after 30 business days, get onto live chat on the Everyday Rewards website and ask them where the points are at. They can manually add the points for you, and are generally happy to help.

Ah I see, thank you. :)
I will try Woolworths metro Spring Hill 4000 tomorrow.

  • Just a heads up! If you plan to buy AppleCare and are wanting to do the new monthly payment option, you CANNOT use your Apple ID balance to pay for the purchase.
If you change to upfront payment for AppleCare, the option to use gift card balance reappears.

Hopefully not too late for some!

    • Are you sure you havent got this the other way around? In my experience you can use your balance to pay for monthly but not upfront.
