      • Interesting that the memory and VRM temps went up but the CPU temps went down

        • -2

Exactly. CPU temp is less important than the other two when it comes to failures. CPU much less likely to fail

Wouldn't say lucky. Apparently the original models are slightly less efficient at managing heat. Not like it'll matter in the long run anyway.

    • Lol. Can't believe you fell for the misinformation!

    Play has no limits!

    Strictly 1 per Customer!

  • says release date November, where you getting October from ?

  • OOS

  • Jeez that was quick

  • If you're desperately after a PS5 I recommend following the twitter bots or their associated discords.
OP posted 5 mins after they did.

    • If you're really desperate you should just check retailer sites. I stumbled onto this 15 minutes before the twitter bots and it had surely been up for longer.

      • I don't think the bots take into account pre-orders. They must look for a price and a "add to cart" button or similar. Same thing happened last time there were pre-orders.

All bought out by scalpers. No one on OZB would buy a digital only ps5.

  • FWIW, I made an order from their last pre-sale for the disc version on the 10th of August for anticipated October delivery, but I got a call on the 23rd August saying it was already in store ready to be picked up.

    • Same, got mine almost 2 weeks ago. Xmas present already sorted…

    • Really? I ordered the same time as you and I just logged in and it still says Est Oct. :(

    Ew digital..

  • Damn it. I go to pinch a loaf but reading an extra chapter has cost me a PS5. Damn it.

  • When are they going to release a limited edition console?

    • +1

      Isn't this edition limited enough?
