    Its a shame they changed "free fast delivery" minimum order to $30 (although I fully appreciate why) . I placed an order on them for $5 earlier this week and got the free fast delivery within the 24 hours!

        I think OP has mentioned wrong in post. $30 Minimum Spend is after 1st week of DD and CW joining hands. Currently its still free as its 1st week.

    Be careful before entering into chemistwarehouse deals. I placed online order on 2nd September and still they have not shipped my order.

    They are happy to cancel order but not going to ship the items purchased or stop their website taking more orders.. this is fraud be careful of ordering anything from chemistwarehouse in today's time.

    Hi rep, I know it has been asked before just wanted to confirm. Is $9.99 ok or it has to be $10 or above?
    So shop Chemistwarehouse online and use the shopback extension to activate cashback, is this ok?

      Hey mate! Unfortunately, it has to be $10 and above.

      We account for GST and exclude it from the minimum spend.
      So for this bonus, the minimum spend is set to $9.09 (excluding GST).

      Order value $10 / 1.1 = $9.09. This will hit the min. spend required.
      Order value $9.99 / 1.1 = $9.08 This order will miss the min. spend by a cent.

    Free fast delivery over $30 option is not applicable during checkout. The box is there but cannot choose it. Cart total is bit less than $50. And standard delivery $8.95 applies. How to choose free delivery?

      You need to go through the whole checkout and put your details in / address and it'll show up at the bottom of the left side of the page on the final checkout screen.

      Also, browsers can also affect the fast delivery option coming up. I find with chrome you sometimes need to use Incognito to get it to work.

      I've found that if you have items that are classified as medications then it won't go through for Fast Delivery.
