    Tried to apply stated discount code to iPad 9 Urban Premium Folio Case. Not working: "Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products."

    Worth noting that the price on the website is $48.99 plus $9.80 delivery. Same on Amazon is $17.99 with free delivery on Prime. Pics on Amazon show this version compatible with iPad9 too.

    ESR by default needed signature on delivery regardless of goods value which is actually quite annoying as I was not too keen on making a move to the auspost shop just to pick up an item which was worth less than 20AUD last time.

    ESR support is so bad that I wouldn't recommend their products at all.

    I purchased a Gigabit Ethernet Adapter that clearly states will work with Nintendo Switch and when it arrived, I tested it on my Switch and as you'd probably guess, doesn't work (as Nintendo Switch needs a very specific chipset to work).

    I contacted their support via AliExpress and they told me "that model doesn't work with Nintendo Switch", even though their listing clearly mentions it does.

    When I told them I purchased it only because it said it works with the Nintendo Switch, they told me to "wait a few days because it's currently a holiday and that it will take a while to respond to my matter".

    And then, you can probably guess what happened then — the dispute period ended and therefore I am unable to even mark the product as "not as described". Support then magically ghosted me and refused to answer any messages.

      Hi b-t, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry that the adapter did not work with the international version of Nintendo Switch, it only works with the Chinese version. It was our oversight for the misleading description and we have marked it as unavailable on Aliexpress.

      Could you please provide your order number? I'd be happy to pass it along to the Aliexpress sales team, they will surely offer a refund. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused.

    I ordered (# 343660 ) the same day the deal was posted for iPhones cases. The order says shipped on 20th Sep but AusPost tracking says: Being packed by sender.
    I already have my new IPhone but not the case.
    The items is yet to be received by AusPost.
    Hey Store Rep, please cancel my order. I can wait to use my new Phone just for you case.

    Really disappointed!

      Can confirm, items 'dispatched' 23/09 for an order made 18/09. Tracking still has no updates on movement.

      I ordered this case off their eBay store a week ago. After a few days, they still hadn’t shipped so I contacted them and they said it was out of stock and they had no idea when it will ship. They did offer a refund though.

      I’m going to wait for it as this looks to be the perfect case I was after. A lot of the cases I see are with a pencil holder which I don’t require or have plastic sides which I don’t like.
