  when you did the transfer did you put receipt coutnry as AUS or something else? I put Aus and entered EUR account details it wouldnt verify

      Just as a follow up, I contacted via chat and they said they could see $40 even though I could only see $20. I said I would leave it and see what happens when I do a transfer. Well, today I sent some money OS and I did get the $40 bonus. On top of that, I got a new customer exchange rate. The sending process was simple and boy, was it fast. I had to upload proof of ID (luckily I am the type of person who has everything scanned already) and after doing that the ID was approved within a few minutes. The transfer from my debit card went quickly and the money itself was ready to be collected within minutes.
