The same as in this popular deal, however I'm not sure, if it was upvoted because of the lighter or the first aid kit. Most of the comments are re the lighter. And then, here at $18.69, it was meh.

Just want to warn you guys, a colleague of mine fried his Laptop's motherboard with a USB dual arc plasma lighter. First we were not sure what caused the laptop to smoke-up. Upon investigation by the IT department, it was found a high surge current that originated from the USB caused the issue. I am not saying all of them would be faulty, this brand might be fine. But a little caution before you plug this into your computer for charging.
