    Edit: ok I ended up using unlockit.co.nz to edit apn settings for 3G data
    And 3G data works well, even teathering :)

        after lodge my complaint 3 days ago, yesterday got reply said i should received by yesterday, then i lodge another complaint tell her that i haven't got it yet and make sure they check it properly before reply my email and i mentioned i wanna get money back, then got email today said appologize that they are sending my sim card today, what a waste of time

  • Haven't got mine. Spoke and emails to Groupon & Red Bull v
    many times on 29th Mar. And 4th April,yesterday I got an email said"there was a system error and your parcel was not dispatched as expected.I am very sorry for the inconvenience and can assure you your order has been dispatched today via Express POST."

    I don't know if they really dispatched, I can't trust them at all. On 29th March, I phoned groupon and they said I did redeem , ang would receive it next week, but on 4th April, I emailed Groupon ,they said I missed redeem. I did redeem on 16th March.

    • I will charge back groupon on tuesday if didnt get the item

    • They send it by express post so there is online tracking. Ask for the tracking number if they said it has been dispatched.

  • Yes, Tuesday is the earliest arrival day. Red Bull is in charge of post, and Groupon don't know details. Terrible experience upon Groupon ,my first & last deal with them! Totally cheating!!! After I said I would lodge complain to Accc, they began to investigate my case.

    • don't waste your time mate, just lodge charge back via your credit card, tell them the vendor doesn't supply the item as promised 3 weeks delivery

    • send email to groupon tell them for refund if not you will lodge your charge back on your credit card

  • I finally got a email back from them after the second one with a little reminder about ACCC. Their response was 14 days. That will bring it up to 5 weeks. What a joke.

    Not what you mentioned, just the delivery time.
    Maybe a mass complaint to ACCC might make the ACCC give them gentle reminder to fix the problem big time.

  • I didn't receive it today. I have got the tracking No.Via email, failed to track it on Australian Express Post,Which express company do they use? How long does it take
    on the way? I'm in Sydney!

    • After logging complaint 3 times, I've received their email with a tracking number which has been reported as invalid by Au Express Post. Still wait and see.

      • The SIM card expiry date has nothing to do with the recharge expiry date. SIM card expiry dates are so that unused numbers (if associated with an on-the-shelf SIM) can be recycled, and also to be able to change SIM technology if needed.

  • Got mine last night as well. Sent them an email during the easter long weekend and they replied saying the item had already been posted on 5th April via Express post and gave me a tracking number which didnt work. Anyways, I can confirm that the date on the parcel was infact 5th April (and was an express post parcel) but strange that the tracking number still doesn't work and very strange that it took 4 working days via Express post.

    • It says - 'Activate before August 2013'.

    now for the second sim i only redeemed my groupon voucher yesterday since they extended the deadline to the 27th april. does that mean i have 90 days to activate the second sim from yesterday or from the date i purchased it or from the date i receive the sim?

  • Just called redbull mobile to check when my sim card and plan expire (ie when i have to activate it by) who confirmed these last for 6 months from the date of purchase

  • Last i read , yes 6 months from purchase :)
