        • yep :( I completed my order just after 10am and got my cashback a few mins later and still didn't qualify for the $10. Some people ordered hours later and made it? I wonder how that works

  • So, my first order didn't go through because the card did not have enough money (my bad). The purchased was tracked for both the challenge and the cashback (but will obviously not get anything cause it didn't go through).

    This morning I purchased and it went through but I haven't received the cashback tracked. Also, how does this affect the challenge for the $15? If they tracked it based on the first one which will be rejected, I have this one that went through. Will the challenge be credited? And my cashback hasn't tracked too.

    Got sent a faulty sim on arrival… the hoops to jump through to get support is horrible.

        • Didn't work. Required me to fill out a form with a KYC photo attached. Better off going instore to not have that on their systems.

      I lodged an enquiry on 11 April but yet to hear from ShopBack.

      Vodafone cancelled my service this morning, despite claiming they would do so on 10 April, therefore it was active for well over the necessary 60 days (activated in November). If Voda are pulling a dodgy to avoid paying cashback they aren't getting away with it.

        CB experience is supposed to give the final result of cashback around the estimated approval date BY ITSELF AUTOMATICALLY, SHOULD NOT BE NEEDING ANY ENQUIRY or something else,

        Any need of enquiry, or where customer doesnt get CB automatically is essentially like not honoring cashback, since many customers dont remember stuff from 2-6 months ago.

        Furthermore SB platform DOESN'T MAKE IT EASY AT ALL on figuring out when what BONUS/PROMOTIONAL challenge what enrolled into, and what the outcome of that is (compared to other platforms)

        My question is WHY ARE WE NEEDING TO PUT AN ENQUIRY AT FIRST PLACE ????

        If the cashback wasn't tracked that's a different scenario, but when it got tracked fine then It should get APPROVED FINE TOO, Consumers dont hesitate in handing their money, so why is business then not fulfilling its promise?

I relied upon the goodwill on SB and companies to be honoring what they should be honoring well within time, and not be requiring any additional effort from consumer once initial CB is tracked
