You likely may have seen that the 240mm version of this AIO (all-in-one) CPU water cooler is on sale as part of BPC's black friday sale, however, this 280mm version is also on sale. 280mm gives substantially (~35%) more cooling area than 240mm, so if you can fit a 280mm radiator in your case, this is arguably a much better bargain! The price is $14 more than the 240mm version, but you also then get free postage included!

Some other places like Scorptec are showing that it supports AM4, exactly the same SKU, so who knows, maybe this is very old stock if it doesn't have the bracket inside, as Ryzen has now been out for what, 5 years????

I have one and am using with Ryzen AM4 - the bracket is definitely included, you just need to swap it out yourself. That is unless BPC are doing some weird stuff and taking them out of the box.
Maybe they are clearing it out for that reason!
It's a pretty decent cooler
I have one on my 3900x
Keeps the CPU under 70 degrees (in winter lol)
Fans do get loud tho if you increase speed over 60%
Why buy air cooling when you can get a good liquid cooler at this price! But don't be fooled by the RGB claim, its only the logo on the pump that is lit up, not the fans.
Nice price, but unfortunately for me doesn't do the new intel 1700 socket :(
