Excuse my Apple ignorance but why is it important to be able to support the latest OS?
To be able to get access to the latest features?
I've got a 2013 Macbook Pro which doesn't support Monterey, and one of the features I was looking forward to Universal Control.
Also over time, apps or developers may drop support for older OS's so you either have to use old versions of the software or find something else.
Anyone bought from these guys before? Is their description of 'Good' actually good?

I have bought a couple items from them. The condition was always good with no major damage, screen scratches or wear but I was buying items (a laptop and a tablet) that weren't too old. The descriptions on the website makes "Good" condition sound pretty crappy but in my experience they aren't that bad.
YMMV and maybe I just got lucky.
A lot of the laptops aren't great value but with the discount I think there are some in there that may be worthwhile and they do come with a warranty
