Bit of a niche product, but perfect for the summer weather imo. Fellow prescription lens wearers, don't get the 1st gens as while you can replace the lens with Bose Lenses, script lens replacements may void their warranty (and the 2nd specifically mentions they're script ready). The 2nd gen is a big leap from the 1st anyway from what I've seen.
