I was checking NYE and discovered you can use your voucher for a free ticket. Normally $10 child/concession, and $25 adult. Not sold out yet

those restaurants are very expensive on this night, this deal is free.

So I could get this, OR book a restaurant/bar/hotel ticket for free (pay for it if course?)? But this 'deal' is just for an open air vantage point?
