Soon, we can observe how uniformly pink the inside will be.
My steaks turn uniformly grey, like a wet batch of dryer lint. Then I just quick fry the surface for a minute each and it works well. #nomorepink

This is actually decent value… usually u have to buy the heater element for at least 100 and then those plastic containers is around 100
