        ok, I had it turned on with the sim but still wouldn't activate, apparently the porting team was still on holidays back in first week of Jan.

          @impoze: Oof. Thats a bugger.

          I had my transfer set for Jan 10th, just a few days before the month with AB ran out.

          Whats strange is, looking back it seemed like the transfer to telstra actually went through, and I've been using the service for the last week. Its only the web portal that needs the modem connected to activate, and the web portal is currently showing I have 31 days. So it will be interesting to see when the official bill dates from

            i was told that the start date is when the order is completed.

    same issue as me. order is still in progress and not finalized. have told them multiple times that the service is connected and i am happy with them. they dont seem to know to complete the order.

    its a chore for me to use their smart modem setup.
