    These are a great reel, you could say they are the Reel Deal
    But seriously the fact that you can go right around a side of a house with the 39m length is fantastic and the retraction works really well. Well worth the outlay.

    Installed it last week. Good though. I fed the hose through the accessory holder to make it less of a hazard fir kids as hose sticled out quite a bit.

      Pretty good quality in my experience, got it off a deal a few years ago and it's been mounted and working fine. Sometimes the connector to the tap pops off but you can buy some Pope connectors and you'll be right. Hose and reel are great quality.

    Strange that I can’t place the order with my address in Melbourne, which is the same address they delivered the exact same one that purchased few weeks back.

    I was able to placed the order using my in-law’s address though.

      Just check if you were in Amazon AU listing because I realised I had the same item showing with Amazon UK as a seller so had to click to go to AU listing.

        Yes, checked that, also, to be doubly sure. I changed to US store on the app, then back to AU. Still no go.

        Even used the web browser too and got the same issue. But it works with a different address.

            @dosai22: I placed my order using my in-law’s address. Contacted Amazon helpdesk and they advised to contact them during business hours when the order shipped so they can call the courier to change the delivery address.

      I got this Hozelock when Bunnings was clearing them for <$40.
      It's pretty good, and as with any retractable hoses, turn off the tap and let out the water in the hose as you retract, makes it a lot easier without the water pressure in the hose.
