Sony Bravia XR-75X90J 75" 4K Full Array TV $2695.50 Free C&C or + Delivery @ Sony, The Good Guys & Bing Lee eBay

290
BD10OFF

For shoppers of big screen full array local dimming TVs, both Bing Lee and TGG has it on sale on eBay. Both have quantities greater than 10 at time of posting.
I believe it's the lowest price to date on OB.
If you are in Sydney, Bing Lee has cheaper delivery than TGG.

If you must save every dollar then Sony has the XR75X90J (Seconds^) for $2564.10 with free delivery after discount code.

[Edit 26/12/21] Zub333 reported that Sony Store on eBay is now doing the same price with free eBay Plus delivery!

The x95j in 75 inches should be close to 3k its worth having flagship model.

      where?

The x95j in 75 inches should be close to 3k

Might be worth having evidence to back up your statement. X95J 75" is around $4.5K. It would take a massive 33% discount to get down to 3K, on a latest model released only a couple of months ago?

Good spotting. It was not that price when I posted. They have just changed the price at 26 Dec, 202110:55:59 AEDST.

  • Excellent picture for the $$$$

    Damn, pulled the trigger yesterday.

Does TGG eBay refund you the difference if prices dropped after you made your order?

    • They should, i bought it yesterday too.

      • They won't because this is an eBay promotion (their own cost) so the discount does not come from TGG's pocket.

    • But boxing day is today. Why would you do that?

      • Who knew, the sony deal was coming as part of boxing day deal.

  • I bought it yesterday. I cant cancel the order for some reason. How can i take the extra 150 off?

    • I find many sellers are flexible if you request to cancel the order, as long as they have not processed or shipped the items yet. No harm to ask and then repurchase.

      • Sent them a message lets see.

        • Got the refund, and ordered at Sony Ebay. 200 legendary dollars saved.

          • @chaosemcee: You are welcome 😉

          • @chaosemcee: Who did you buy from? I sent a message to TGG eBay and haven't got a reply.

          • @chaosemcee: Has your order shipped yet ?

            • @poloocelot: Got a DHL tracking number, which when I track gives me nothing back. So thinking it has been booked but will ship next year(all the puns intended).

              • @chaosemcee: Did it get delivered? I found the tracking doesn't work on the main DHL site . You have to use this link https://mysctrackandtrace.dhl.com/ .

                • @poloocelot: Yes, got it yesterday. It was scheduled for 6th as well.
I did however call sony and and share the same concern “where is my tracking number” and they politely said “sorry we don’t deal with ebay, give us your order number and someone will contact you message through ebay store”. I did both, and next day I think I got delivery phone asking for best time.

  • 75 this or 65 LG C1?
Im currently on a 55 Samsung low-end LED TV.
    Thanks

      Sony oled a80j 65.

  • My parents are after a 65 inch, when I click 'go to deal' it's going to a 65 inch anyway, is that a good deal? Still looks like 200 off.

    • The link is wrong, I have asked mod to correct as OB does not allow me to update link. Should be https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/115067727349 for TGG.
The 65" has been $200 cheaper in recent times.
[Edit: Mod has updated the correct 75" link].

      • Thank you. Reckon this TV is good in a bright room opposite a window?

        • I have not seen any TV good enough opposite a bright window. Unless the screen is tilted slightly downwards or you stand up while watching, to avoid reflection.

          • @Buy2Much: Using a 12 year old Panasonic plasma at the moment and it does ok, so it's not super bright I guess. Still want to go with something on the brighter end though. Looks like Samsung QN90A is the way to go.

  • Ordered one this afternoon from TGG ebay store. Had an extremely pushy lady call me 10 minutes ago that they have Zero Stock and it's a month wait wanted me to make a decision instantly if i was going to keep my order or not

    • Cancel get it from Sony eBay

  • Did this ever get VRR?

    • I'd like to know also

  • What's the samsung equivalent of this

  • This or LG C1 65”?

The Good Guys are claiming "It has 3D compatibility, allowing you to see 3D images burst forth in your own home" - is this correct (I have an old 3D TV that I would like to upgrade but there aren't any 3D TVs anymore and I don't want to lose that), I'm thinking they've muddled up "3D surround sound"…

  • I'm in the market for a new tv and would love to buy a Sony. But my experiences with their tech support and customer care over the last few months have been fecking abysmal… I'm scared to buy another Sony product after years of owning heaps of Sony products. It's sad that a great range of products can be offset with horrible warranty support.

    • Yes I have the same impression about Sony here. They are selling well on brand name and engineering reputation. Their Aust team is doing the brand injustice, both marketing and after sale support. Mind you last few months, they seem to improve a little bit. I think the problem is mainly due to lack of staff to deal with the volume of sales. They will respond and resolve your issue but very very slowly or inaccurately…

Many thanks - cracking price. Bought through Sony store with estimated delivery early Jan

  • Code expired prematurely :-( Congratulations to those who got through with these bargains.

    • Yes. I dithered, my husband wasn't keen on spending so much. When I talked him into it was too late. Ah well…

  • Missed out.

  • After reading all the reviews on U8G, q80A, and even Q90a I think this is the best value in Australia. All those TV’s have great reviews with VA panels and in USA (specially u8g) but for some reason they cheap out here in Australia. We should stand up for this level of injustice.
Kudos to Sony, they are not the best but they are equally bad(or good) everywhere.
