    Recommendations on a ~$40 mechanical? I’m struggling to find a full-size that’s not super expensive.

      I've used kogan and Kmart keyboards around the $30 mark that use otemu blue switches and for the price I'd take them over anything claiming to be "mechanical like"

  Mechanical like…. AKA junk that is totally unsatisfying to use and wont work reliably unless you press harder than comfortable.

  But for $39 what do you expect.

  It would be rubber dome keys made to feel mechanical like.
