went to buy https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/674457 but it was not on special in Perth. However, bought 3 litre milk for 97cents. milk expiry 4 Jan.

    Can you tell me when did they take off the drought tax ?

    Here it up to $1.30 a litre for 2 and 3 's litres . Very rip off vs what the market price should be .

      $1.30 a litre but you can guarantee that extra 30c hasn't fully gone to the farmers. Btw Norco supplies Coles branded milk as context for the article. Even the resolution was to pay 7c more, not the full amount..

  Heat it up to 85C, add half cup of white vinegar, the cheapest stuff from cowoldi, mix it a bit, let it sit for half an hour and filter. Half a kilo of ricotta for a $1. Can live in fridge for 3-5 days, easily 3+ months in a freezer.

    Similar method to make paneer. But then you gotta have freezer space yourself!
