Microsoft accessories are usually pretty good, but these are really low quality.
My son ordered a pair. First set were DOA - one side had a loose connection.
These got replaced and six months later the cord failed - no audio at all.
Those also got replaced, and then one of the earpieces snapped off.
We didn't bother chasing after a fourth set.
When they work they're fine, it's just that they don't stay that way for too long.
