        Exactly. I dock my laptop with a Thunderbolt monitor, and this would be handy for accessing the USB-C port in the hub.

          @Mitch889: back monitor usb ports are pretty much unuseable if you don't have an extension cable permanently connected. Good luck trying to get it in blind.

            @lostn: Yep, the ones on mine (ASUS PA32UC) are recessed and faced different ways depending on USB-C or A. Really annoying to access, so I have cable tails running from each.

  Can someone please suggest any economical thunderbolt 3 or 4 capable USB-C cable (type c to type c) for charging my Dell laptop (Dell Latitude 5500)? I bought a 166 Gan charger (Brand name: TQUQ) from Aliexpress. When I tried to charge my laptop using the provided 100W, 5 V USB type C, my laptop is showing slow charging. I think the charging cable is not thunderbolt compatible.

    USB PD doesn’t require the cable to be Thunderbolt. Heck, a lot of the PD cables out there are only USB 2.0.

    Could be the charger, but a quick Google suggests Dell laptops might restrict the maximum charge speed on a non-Dell charger.
