I don’t recall Coles Group or Wesfarmers ever raising concerns with OzBargain about upcoming Coles Group or Wesfarmers’ deals being posted early on this site.
On the other hand, Woolworths Group have previously expressed their concerns about Woolworths or (multiple) BIG W deals being posted early on OzBargain.
How does the Connoisseur stack up against the Aldi Indulgence which is on special for $3.99?
Buy both & do a blind taste test.

12% actually, according to my wife and she would know. She's a connoisseur clearly as she married me.
I bought the Aldi Indulgence (Belgian Chocolate) for the first time a couple of weeks ago. For $3.99 it is hard to criticise as an "everyday" price.
Personally, I find the Connoisseur to have a creamier texture and a slightly richer taste. At $5.50 I would choose it every time.
Exactly what I was going to write. Connoisseur at $5.50 is worth the extra. Compared to $11 Connoisseur I'd go Aldi.
I've bought a few Indulgence this week and they've been pretty good. The Cookies and Cream does have slightly weird aftertaste. I will give the Connoisseur a try.

If there was going to be another 10% off Coles Gift Mastercard offer, I’d say it would likely be in the next couple of weeks.
Having said that, the fact that there have been no Flybuys bonus points offers on Coles Gift Mastercards after the last 10% off deal may hint at the fact that Coles (or Indue, or both) are unwilling to run any more deals on it anytime soon. Usually you’d see at least one bonus point deal every 6-8 weeks, but my guess is OzBargain did a good job at making that gift card radioactive by pointing out its major issues and consequently spreading negative publicity (which was definitely warranted).
