        I stock up over Xmas/New Year when you seem to get the best deals.
        It is painfull to let a great deal pass by though… if civilisation falls and I've only got half a room I'll be kicking myself!

    Excellent timing! I received an email this morning, "Spend $50 on Prosecco, receive 3000 bonus Flybuys points."

        Yeah I thought about that but I reckon it’s fine as it’s one of Liquorland’s codes that’s regularly eligible for cashback.

  • Shopback used to always track perfectly for me 100% of the time but lately it doesn't seem to work so well, even though i'm doing nothing differently. Has this tracked successfully for anyone yet?

    • I do click and collect, took about 2 days after I collected for it to track.
      Hopefully this is the same as I am slowly accumulating booze for camping.
      EDIT- Found paying with Paypal helps too.

    • I've had issues in the past when using browser extension, but not since I started only ordering through the app.

    • Purchased at 9:40 PM no tracking yet using browser extension - fingers crossed!

    • I think tracking is delayed my 5.30pm order hasn't tracked (via the app).

      • yeah mine did track okay, just took about 10 hours or so but i did get an email saying it had come through so all good in the end, phew!

    Looks like cashback percentage back to 3% now :(

    • On the browser extension it showed the deal ended at 11pm

      • It clearly reads AEDT on their website, but they've obviously set it to AEST.

        They'll surely honour that.

            It has definitely expired earlier than they intended, so they will remedy it on report if it's not initially tracked.

      Gets a bit tricky if they do it manually with TENOFF codes etc, as the invoices don't match.

      Pretty sure they will honour it.

    They're still advertising it as 30%, but the rate has been cut back to 3%. Pretty dodgy, I wonder how many people were caught out?

    I've got no confidence they will honour the 30% if it's showing as 3% and don't really feel like the hassle of having to wait days to find out and then try and cancel the order.

    • It's clearly an entry error for that specific flash sale… people would already be DM'ing them.

    • I believe this was an error with the Cashback rate setup.
      I've asked our team to look into it asap.
      We will be honouring/uplifting any orders that were not correct.

    Hi all, we apologise for the rate setup error here.
    It looks like the initial rate was set to end at 11pm AEDT instead of 11:59pm AEDT.

    We've now updated this in our system, which will re-sync overnight.
    If you do not see the correct rate of 30% by tomorrow morning (Wednesday 2nd Feb around 9am) then please reach out to me directly.

    • Gotyourback, I was another one affected by this. I already contacted you and you responded with a message to me much the same.

      But we constantly hear of problems with Shopback and only occasional ones from your main competitor who probably has more volume. What are you doing to reduce the high number of errors that always seem to be in your favour?

        Hey @Dabbler68, again I apologise for this human error on our half.
        It definitely isn't ideal, nor is it intentional.

        I would like to start by highlighting that these errors aren't in our favour.
        If we have a rate setup error like with this deal, we will uplift the orders that did not initially receive the correct rate.

        Our team are currently building/implementing a new content system for our marketing team to use.
        They're building this system with a close connection to our salesforce database so there will hopefully be fewer human errors made with rate setup/promotion.

        We also have a few other features being developed to improve our service.
        It's highly prioritised that we work out the kinks here, but it'll just take a bit of time to finalise and roll out.
