First time poster here. Please be gentle.

Been looking around for better price on 3080ti asus rog strix card and found this one currently on a "sale" for $2899.
This particular card is going for $3199+ at other stores and not many have it in stock.

Another store that had this card for this price previously seems to be umart, currently marked out of stock at this price.

Their current price is back at $3199.

Not sure I'll bite the bullet at this stage, might keep holding off for now.
Thought someone in dire need of a ASUS ROG STRIX 3080ti might like this price.

    $3k used to be a budget for the decent PC build (incl. graphics card) a couple of years ago. What happened?

    recent deals of 3080/3080ti are about $1900/2300, this is $600 more than these:

    $600 is about 25% more expensive, I doubt ROG will deliver 25% more performance.

      But it could last 25% longer with 25% less noise than a cheaper card… Don't know this for a fact, but just suggesting value can be found in areas other than just performance.

    Never understood why some people would pay so much extra for Strix models when similar highend offerings from MSI and Gigabyte are just as cool and quiet while not costing an extra arm.
