I somehow managed to open a dispute on 9 March with dispute reason: Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit.
Then in the tracking where it used to have no details, now shows:

TL;DR: Always make a video of you unboxing your package. Start by filming the label and open the package in one uninterrupted shot.

I am negging this deal only because it's a scam, it was a good offer if it wasn't backed by a fraudulent seller.

Ended up buying one from a local ebay seller for a few dollars more. STILL waiting on PayPal to resolve the issue, maybe I should charge back on the credit card I used too.
After paying the additional fees requested, I finally got my pump delivered today.
If it wasn't for the 100% cashback on SG that would have been lost, wouldn't have bothered to chase up and pay extra..
