Awesome, thanks for the heads up, JB hifi was not convenient for me.

  • +1

    Yep. Nice one.

    Got one for C&C.

  • +1

Thanks, get one for C&C too.

  • Nice - got a C&C… time to offload this Pink MX Keys mini I erroneously thought I could put up with, lol

    • What's wrong with it?

      • No numpad

      • Lack of numpad partly, but mostly it’s just really not my colour (was unable to swap)

  • what switches are these?

    • +1

      Scissor switches.

      • -2

        are they tactile, clicky, linear?

        • I don't own this keyboard, but RTings says the switches are tactile. That said, scissor switches don't have the same qualities as a mechanical tactile switch, so if that's what you want then look elsewhere.

        • Scissor switches are the same kind of keyboard switches used in laptops.

  • Been using this for many years and hasn't missed a beat. A steal at this point, I think I paid around $100. Maybe new model is coming?

    • Same. Paid around $100 for these 3 yrs agoGood multi device keyboard tho.

  • Very limited stock in OW around me, managed to get the last one off the shelf in one store.

  • +1

    Thanks OP!

  • Just got it home and setting it up.

When it's 'properly' setup is it just to hold function 1, 2 or 3 and it will switch to the next device?

Looking at the instructions at the base of the box, Step 3 is to hold fn + 0 for Mac. Is this required?

I'm switching between two Macs, iMac and MBA.

It seems to prompt for a new passcode each time I switch.

    • +1

You only hold to enter the keyboard in to Bluetooth pairing mode for that particular function key. Once you have paired it you just need to press the button once to change device.
The FN + 0 is to pair with the receiver.

    • Can you please do a search for ACT?

      • I believe I grabbed the last one from Braddon Officeworks 20 minutes ago.

      • +1

No stock in the four stores there unfortunately that's why it's not in my list.

        • Thanks

  • +1

So can I add both a MX Master mouse and this keyboard to the same unifying receiver?

  • Just realized you need to install software just to get the F1 - F12 buttons to function as they should (instead of media buttons).

So may not be great for work computers where you can't install software.

    • +2

Just use combo with "Fn" key

  • +1

Can I type on this if I have a medium-long length nose?

    • +1

      Yes it is permitted.

    • You're better off using your fingers

  • +1

Pretty thin on the ground in Melb but was able to do click and collect in the city… Thanks OP!

  • +1

Missed the JBHF deal posted earlier.
Got the last one at OW Trinity Gardens SA.
    Thanks OP.

    • So you're the one that took it.

    • +1

Ordered mine for click and collect there. Bizarre that they don't use the existing store stock to fulfill it.

  • So, bit of a dumb question but does this keyboard auto power off and on? I don't see any hardware switch on here.

Makes me wonder if it chews up battery while it's constantly 'searching' for devices when my phone Bluetooth is off.

    • +1

There is switch to turn off the keyboard

      • +1

Thanks mate, found it on the RHS of the keyboard, cheers.

  • +1

Thanks, OP. Missed the previous JB deal. Ordered 1 now :)

  • Great keyboard. Steal for $39! Considering buying another for my HTPC because that's the ozbargain way.

  • Looks like it has sold out in Victoria

  • does anyone know if this will work on an xbox?

  • +1

Got one from Mona Vale - thanks op.

  • +1

Got one from Minchinbury NSW, thanks OP!

  • Got one for $28 a month back, it is a very heavy keyboard. Fairly unremarkable so far.

    • Heavy?

      • It has to be heavy because it doubles as a tablet and phone stand.

    • Yeah this is my only gripe…. I'd rather use a separate phone stand and have this keyboard light and portable

    • +1

How often do you have to move your keyboard? For me it's a pros

  • Anyone having any trouble pairing this to the Unifying Receiver? Say's it was automatically paired but definitely wasn't. I've got it hooked up to my PC via Bluetooth fine but having nothing but trouble getting it to pair to the receiver with the relevant software (have tried both Bolt and Unifying Software, the keyboard just blinks aimlessly before the software says the search timed out. Tried multiple unifying receivers, multiple PC's too

    • What does the documentation say? Are you pairing with the receiver that came with it?

      • I've done everything the documentation says, and all the troubleshooting available on Logitech's website. I tried pairing with the Logitech Unifying USB that came with the device, and also other Unifying USB's that I have as it can pair with any Unifying USB

    • I'm guessing something is wrong with the keyboard then, maybe? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I used Unifying Software to pair with an existing unified receiver (didn't bother trying the supplied receiver).

      • Yeh I'm thinking as much. I tried so many troubleshooting steps I found online and nothing got it going, the Unifying receiver is working fine as I connected another keyboard to it

    • Just an update in case anyone stumbles across the post: It was a dud of a keyboard. Took it back to OW, they couldn't get it connecting either, opened up a new keyboard and it connected to the Unifying Receiver instantly, works on bluetooth too ;)

I thought I was going crazy

  • Picked 1, and trinity gardens stores Adelaide has 4 more in stock

  • And now the Price increased to $89
