    It annoys me that they offer a 2 for 1 instead of buy x coffes get the next free, I'm single 85% of the time I go to buy coffee from them I'm alone, 2 for 1 is useless to me

    Great offer for me, there is one down near me at the shopping center that have been opened for last months and seems to be always busy so I don't anticipate on them closing anytime soon! Always there with the misses cause it's convenient so that's a saving of $5 per visit!

    By the way, when does offer end and do I need to fill in the form and sign up instore??

    honestly…Great Coffee, above all my local franchise always delivers the coffee consistant, (except for when the grumpy Indian girl get behind the cap machine, quality goes down hill, coffee is waterery and a few degrees above Warm. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER COFFE CLUB NORTHLAND !

      Not sure why you're being down-voted so harshly for this.

      At the Harbor Town store in Perth, they were doing great for a few years. Then they raised prices, and shortly after, started reducing toast in the breakfasts. After an intense internet campaign the head office stated it was to reduce wastage - though you still had no choice for optional toast, you couldn't even pay extra! Also some stores opted out of the new policy (despite what head office said). It was pretty rude.

      Over the past few months they appear to have let a lot of their staff go because it's almost entirely new faces working there. Some of the new staff are okay, but many are absolutely not. One of the girls knew how to make coffee, but the rest were terrible and it was a crap-shoot between a lukewarm cup of piss and something decent. Now it's more likely winning the lottery if you get something decent.

      In short, fuck everything about Coffee Club. Their franchise management is arrogant and doesn't give two shits about any customers, that's enough for me to say stay away if you can avoid it. Don't give business to these thieves.

    however, their coffee is a bit more expensive (about 3.80 for the 'small').

    Although I have 3 coffee clubs close by I wasn't going to renew this year for $25 as the coffee is so variable -sometimes bad enough to just walk away from the remainder. Might renew at this price though. BTW the card is also accepted in NZ and they have free WIFI there as well!

    when I had my last VIP card you had to pay for the hot choc and get a free coffee… not the other way around.

    The hot choc is about $4.60
