      Asurion probably wont care as the actual phone has been delivered. They are terrible to deal with. Best to buy a cheap case (less than $10) off Amazon or Ebay to use in the mean time. I had to do 2 charge backs last year for small amounts which I got back. This year I traded in the S21 utlra, so its going to be much more that they will charge me.

  Now Asurion are saying my device is not in condition I stated. My S21 ultra was in perfect condition. Even sent it in original box. As I factory reset it, they needed the pin. I emailed them with it twice!!. No replies. They are going to charge me $575. So looks like I'll have to make a chargeback claim with my credit card company. Luckily I took video and photo with current news in the background of the phone to prove it was in perfect condition when I sent it

  My dad bought the s22 ultra from a samsung store in sydney and has it now. Is it too late to add the samsung care code BONUSCARE to activate care plus or is it too late?
