              @Rukiata: I have also been trying to contact them multiple times since last week through chat and phone (option 4) and they immediately cancel the chat and hang up the phone call. I still haven't even received an order confirmation email since last week. I could understand a delay of a few hours due to demand, but these things are supposed to be automated so would expect to receive it the next day. It is absolutely incredible how unprofessional they are for such a large global company. It is like dealing with some small local business.

                  @Rukiata: You made it through. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled unfortunately as per T&C. I must admit I didn't see it until I read that little T&C wordings beneath the page.

                      @Rukiata: Fair enough I think, as it's a custom order and they probably already have to count the demand for each custom model to start production. They clearly state that the custom colours are not cancellable.
                      I bought a red one myself, looks very nice on the screen. Also with the custom colours you get a coloured stylus as well.

          the sign up voucher wouldnt have stacked anyway. I had one and tried when i ordered. ended up paying $1049 for the s21u 128gb + silicone cover + samsung care (without sending my phone back).

                @kazer: Yes. I posted my configuration somewhere here. Basically bonus care free. Accessory bought $41 strap get $200 off price of phone and $420 for trade in incl $200 bonus plus $50 voucher.

                Bought it at GOV.

                    @winhhh: They removed this loophole about a day after my purchase. Now you must spend a complete $200 or more on accessories to get $200 phone discount.

                      @burningrage: i just went through your configuration you posted on the same post. the trade in bonus for edu is $250 and not $200. I think you might have gotten confused and thought the newsletter voucher added the extra $50.
                      When i added the voucher, it did accept it but the discount amount did not change. So I removed it cos I dint want to waste it.

                        The EDU bonus is (or was?) $250. I don't have EDU access so I had to go through GOV access. For GOV access, you only get $200 extra trade in bonus. I applied that $50 against a GOV order. Maybe for EDU, it is not allowing that and if the summary is still the same, don't do it.

                        People really need to really triple check the final amount and I had to do some mental gymnastic before hand to make sure I only paid what I thought it should be and it was good. This is because Samsung's website ain't the best when it comes to clarity.

                    @kazer: Not sure how to upload a screenshot (I only know how to do it if I want to post a deal) but the tax invoice or the confirmation email will confuse you even more.

      1TB huh when will you fill that up by the time you upgrade lol I struggled to fill a 128gb with streaming and cloud the storage is overkill for most people I'd say but hella good price

        ALL my photos and videos (over the years of owning other phones) are always on my current phone as a backup even after I copy to my PC. The more backups, the better!
        512GB is usually enough for me, but I prefer having excess storage than not enough

      I guess IMEI only appears on order page once your order progresses to preparing despatch stage thats when a phone is assigned to your order. At the moment I can’t see IMEI on my order page as its still showing preparing order

      Of course charge held always disappears after certain no. of days if not claimed by the vendor. It doesn’t mean they won’t charge you if you have gone ahead with the purchase using trade in. Mine is also disappeared, but I am sure I will be charged when I won’t return my device after my order is delivered and the device return deadline is passed.
