          nahh no bubble wrap came with mine. Just a very battered box in a bubble-envelope. The bottle fell out when i slid the cover off.

        We don't use bubble envelopes?

        The bubble wrap is wrapped around the items and then packed tightly in a plastic satchel.

          nah mate there was no bubble wrap. just the box in a plastic cover. I sent one as a bday gift and it didnt look too good :(

          Not that it really bothers me because it was a pretty good deal but mine also arrived without any bubble wrap packing. Just the courier type bag around the box.

      rep, instead of just trying to rope in new customers, why not try making your previous customers a little happier too? I mean, your business model is obviously not a one-time-off thing, many of us could be and would be repeat customers. If you're going to just shrug us off once we hit the 'pay' button, then i don't think this is a company i would want to deal with in the future.

      Thanks for your reply.

      Unfortunately I will not be able to buy this time mate. I've already got the burberry, so I'll have to pass on the offer of a free burberry with this order - but thanks for the gesture!

      I can assure you though - there is no doubt in the fact that the burberry perfume came without any packaging whatsoever expect for the mailing satchel.

      Is there any other specials you can do though? :)

    Guys, I will definitely chase this up with our warehouse.

    All perfumes are definitely bubble wrapped (we have tonnes and tonnes of this stuff) so I'm not sure why a few of you received it without bubble wrap. We sold over a thousand of the Burberry perfumes and it was picked/packed and dispatched in one hit.

    I was actually present to supervise most of the packing as well and I definitely did see them using bubble wrap. They even set up a separate production line just for the Burberrys so I'm not sure how they've missed a few.. it's beyond me :(

    Thanks for your feedback though, I will definitely ensure this is looked into and I might even go to the extent of checking our warehouse footage!!
