    They’ve increase prices every few months/year.

    I have FTTC but they allow me to buy the XXXL Speed Boost NBN 200M/s plan?
    Doesnt seem right. FTTC should Max at 100M/s ?

        Am i missing something?

        • No not missing. I also did not get any offers for long time, try to hide the offers that are useless to you (click 3 dots and hide offer) and hopefully the More NBN shows up later.

    Hope it works better for you guys than it did for me. I switched over when they had the last offer for $83.30 250/25 I think it was.

    Fast with changing me over, but only getting 100/20 (previously had 250/20 with Aussie Broadband so I know I can get those speeds).

    After an hour dealing with a foreign call center - who were saying it was likely my hardware and getting me to do everything I already tried (reboot, reset NTD, etc.) they wanted me to disconnect all my devices and connect a laptop directly to the router. Basically jumping through hoops and getting nowhere, because it wasn't on my end.

    That was enough for me. Stuff the saving. I'm going back to Aussie, and they had me back with them within 30 minutes.

    I had to call More to get a refund. That was a pain. Then they still send me an invoice a month later. Apparently you agree to a direct debit upon paying the first month. Nice. Again, met with rude service, this time from their Melbourne office.

    Awful in every way. You really get what you pay for with them!

      All More nbn™ plans include a static (fixed) IP address. This is useful if you wish to access computer or other connected equipment from outside your property. This may include CCTV cameras, or a home media centre or NAS drive.

      The static IP address is only available after your service becomes active.

        this is good on MORE, ABB is charging $5 extra per month for static ip but i had never seen it change for the time i was with them without having a static ip.

    I’ve been with ABB on 50/20 for $79 and had my CBA card setup for direct debit for payments. Perhaps that’s why I got the offer for 30% off. 40% would have been sweeter considering I have my mortgages with them but still 30% was enough for me to churn.
    ABB was pretty good I had been with them for over 4 years but having no offers for existing customers is a turn off. If More isn’t good I’d probably go back to ABB.

    • I was the same and moved to superloop it’s working just like ABB but cheaper (paying $69.95 for 100/20). ABB is good but no love for existing customers. :(

  • I presume I could use it for fttn which is all my place has. I'm with tangerine on 50/20 and get around 48 on any evening so if More is similar might upgrade to 100/20

  • Last deal I wasn’t targeted at first. Came through about a week later.

  • Mostly irelevant, but lets see if CBA AI/ML that divi's out the deals actually works and "learns".

    In the "For You" section, any deal (basically all of them) that you are not interested in, click the 3 dots and select "No, hide it".

    And do the opposite and tap "Yes, keep it" for relevant deals BEFORE you redeem it

    • There are 12 offers in my New Rewards section but only 2 in the "For You" section and only those 2 can be hidden. The other dozen can't be hidden only activated. Is that similar to what others are seeing? Can't really see hiding to offers out of 14 doing much.

      • I only have offers on the app (for you star symbol), where about do you see it on the Netbank in the web? When I go to offers in web, I only find Personal Loans.

  • I checked today my offers in the app and found: Sign up to More NBN and get 10,000 award points. Not that great offer considering 10,000 award point is equivalent to $50 gift voucher..
    EDIT: I checked end of offer and found in fine print I also get 30% off for 2 years

  • I just had a hick-up with my current provider Belong as they claim my grandfathered 30NBN plan for $55 has been cancelled as I moved to another provider (which I didn't), not sure what happened (one explanation is my next door neighbour in duplex had some NBN technician doing some work for him recently and might stuffed it up for me). The funny thing is I still has Internet and noticed speed increased to +50Mbps.
    Anyone know how to check who I am connected to which provider? I logged support query to Belong and did not get any respond so far, Thanks

  • Worst ever experience from BELONG, they disconnected my 30 NBN plan after being with them for 5 years without my knowledge and after lodging support email (can't talk to human being BTW) they asked me to re-join / re-apply at much higher price!! WTF.. To make it worse, they refusing to refund me the remaining 25days left of the already paid month. I will have no option but to lodge formal complain to the Telecommunication OMBUDSMAN. NOT HAPPY JAN.
    Joined MORE at cheaper rate, higher speed, much better service with people you can call them in case you need help.

    I was wondering if you have the URL of the page which opens in a new tab when you click on 'Switch to More' from your offer. This seems to be generic page on the More website and the offer would be available from that specific url.
    e.g.: https://more.com.au/personal/commbank-nbn-plans
    In the above link 'commbank-nbn-plans' is for the 30% offer, similarly your 40% offer would have a specific name at the end of the url perhaps.
    Just thought would be worth checking.

      don't think this will help you unfortunately. and for anyone following along, my billing cycle with superloop ended and i've made the switch. no difference in speeds or service so far!

  • Has the plan changed I only see 205/25 as the max speed for the XXXL plan and can't see any mention of 250 on the website?

    • i think its the 'average speed during peak' that they advertise, i just ran a speedtest and hit 260. on my bill, the plan is called 'More_XXXL Speed Boost 250/25"

    • Did you look under "For you" section? Because I saw my offer a couple of days ago, and when I look under "CommBank Rewards", it is not there. But if I look under "For you" it is still there.

        • My app's 'For you' looks a little different - it has 3 heading sections - 'Product & Services', 'Commbank Rewards' & 'Benefit finder'.
          If I go to 'Commbank Rewards', that looks like your screenshot. The 'More NBN' and other offers are displayed after the headings.

          However, I don't think you need the personalised offer to sign-up. As long as you are a Commbank customer, you can sign-up from This Page. When I go to 'Products & Services' from the 'For you' section, then select 'Utilities', it gives me an option to 'Find out more about More NBN', which brings me to this page. It is a generic Commbank customer signup page, and should work.

    • Remember to cancel tpg 1 month before, otherwise they charge you one month fee.
