No. Why wouldn't you just use a screen recorder or (if available for the streaming service) rip the stream?
I believe streaming services have encrypted signals to prevent exactly this
one use case is to use an old DSLR/mirrorless camera as a high quality webcam
I got the grey version of this a few months back, it surprisingly works and latency isn't too bad, I use this to connect the Switch to my computer. I don't use it a lot but it was cheap and it came in handy when I wanted help with a game my friend already finished
