    So tempted

    • +1

same, trying to hold out to see the new metal Hati and other light mice to hit the market, seems like competitors are starting to hit the 60g range now, with finalmouse still leading the pack

      • What genre of game benefits the most from a light mouse? I've always preferred and had better success with heavy mice, particularly ones with weight cartridges in FPS etc.

        • +3

I believe FPS titles benefit the most from a light mouse.

        • +2

im a lower sens fps kind of guy(CS fortnite apex valorant etc), the lightweight mice are really good in that i can make flicks and bigger movements without having to compensate for the momentum.

if you're an RTS or moba guy i'd say that it won't matter as much or a civ/cities skyline/mmorpg, at that point you'd rather have ergo shapes for better comfort.

          • @Ghosteye: Great explanation thanks, so it comes down to personal preference and won't necessarily improve performance (I think I like heavy mice because I always overshoot and miss the target)

            • @juzza87: I personally got this 2 months ago. O only play dota2 mainly and other of games eg Horizon etc. Im sold on this mouse. So comfortable to use. I was worried I won't like it coming from a razer DeathAdder for last 8 years. Am convinced this works for me. Obviously check if buttons is ok for you, only 2 thumb buttons and right hand only. But other than that best mouse I've used.

            • @juzza87: Overshooting can mean the momentum of the mice is affecting you as well, which is why many prefer lighter mice with less momentum. You could experiment with some as well.

            • +1

@juzza87: this is probably because you have mouse acceleration on in windows settings (enhance pointer precision).

              • @RedLights: I've experimented with a lot of mice and settings, the first I can recall was a Logitech G5, I'd usually install whatever drivers or software came with the mouse and play around with the settings. I found the heavier weights made me more accurate in games like Quake 2 instagib (with rail guns), I think I was at my best with a Logitech G9x but it could have been youth or looking back with rose tinted perception, I don't think I've had a weighted mouse since. The mice I can remember are a Steelseries Rival 100, some kind of Razer that was DOA, Lenovo laser gaming mouse (matched the notebook I had at the time), Razer keyboard/mouse bundle from Costco, and right now a Logitech G305 (works well for a wireless) but it's not heavy or light.

I use a 1000hz polling rate and between 800-1200 DPI, it feels more responsive but it could just be perception

i'm tempted too but i'm not paying more than $15 lol

  • +1

thanks, my mouse died today. perfect timing

  • +4

waiting for it to hit under $100 - so……i doubt i'll ever get it

White colour makes the mouse look gross after a few sweaty gaming sessions

    • Yes it gets marked easy, but it's also solid matte finish plastic and they all wipe off really easily.

    • You do know it's still gross on black right just that you can't see it lol. I hear similar comments of people wanting black seats in cars. I would argue that because you can see it, will make you clean it.

      • +1

Prefer not too see it. Hence why I don’t buy white undies

        • True. I don't have white undies either but have the white mouse and beige seats. Go figure!

    • +2

I've had white mice for years that still look new. Have you tried washing your hands after eating burger rings?

  • +1

Got this last time it was cheap, love the mouse.

If they randomly silently cancel your order like they did to mine - just be nice and push the customer service guys. The guy let me re-order the UK version for $250 and I got the difference refunded after it was delivered.

  • My black one arrived yesterday, love it. No ragrets - I paid $208

    • +1

Bro you paid almost $50 more then me, get it refunded mate XD

  • +1

I tried this but shape wasnt for me. I am now using Razer Orochi V2 - excellent small mouse and very light

    • Funny I've also got nearly every mouse under the sun but I'm also finding the Orochi really good. $39 well spent

  • ended up paying the $14 extra for black! thanks op

  • Really good mouse, defs worth the price.

  • My Logitech mouse's g502 and g pro all started having double click issues a year or two in. Feels like it's time to ditch Logitech for other brands

    • Contact Logitech support, they know it's a common issue with older models. They replaced my g pro wireless with a newer version. Had the replacement for ~16 months with no double click issues yet, so it seems like they may have fixed the issue :)

      • Wouldn't it be out of warranty by then? I don't mind giving it a try just to see what they would say

    • gpx doesnt double click

  • Does this have the same shape profile height as the G703 as I found that back hump quite annoying

    • It's a bit less humpy than most, My SS Sensei had a hump so this feels tad flatter to me….

      • Do you order the Ss Sensei (assume 310) or this one?

    • they are not the same at all.
703 is ergo shap while gpw is ambidextrous

Gamers not gonna cop that 1ms extra lag over wired ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yy0xmcBg_IY )…

More seriously, this mouse is #3 in the list. Upvoting for "better price than normal, great OzB content" not because I would ever spend $170 on a mouse… and you can get back 0.5ms by plugging it in, apparently.

    • Very interesting!!

It feels laggy on higher DPI but I have mine at 1600. Cannot tell difference plugged in or not, all feels the same haha.

  • The superlight is still micro USB isn't it?

    • yes

    • This hurt me but it's not a big deal, the plug fits seamlessly and charges quickly.

  • Why so expensive for a mouse? Any tech to justify the price outside of the weight?

    • 60g wireless mouse with not dogshit build quality. you wont find this

  • I have a rat mouse, that you can add weights to make it heavier.

    • The g9x had that ages ago.

      • good on ya

        • Ditto.

  • Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 months.

  • Pulled the trigger yesterday at $165.33. Let's see when it actually ships might be awhile haha

    • Just got charged today which means shipped. 7 days later not bad at all. Let's see how long shipping takes.

      • Arrived today. DHL on a Sunday. 10 calendar days total.
