      I usually pin the purchase email I get so whenever I open my inbox it's at the top, once used I move it to my 'temp' folder.

    Just as a side note, can you please change your android app to use the notification volume rather than the media volume?
    Even when I have my phone notifications muted the app makes an annoying loud noise when I purchase gift cards etc.

      If you don't need the notifications consider turning them off. In the past I found that disabling them in the app didn't disable them all, so I just did it in the system settings.

          Ok let me know if this works:

          • Go to our App
          • Click on the search bar at the top
          • Select the Gift Cards & Vouchers option
          • Search "eBay"
          • Scroll to the very bottom of the list

          Does this show a 10% Cashback option for you?

    Warning with large transactions with Shopback.
    For smaller claims they are great. But for larger amounts they make you jump through all the hoops and ended up rejecting your claim. Happened twice. Very unhappy. Be aware.

      These are Gift Cards that are owned internally - no issues with Cashback on these.
      External partners that we work with require third party affiliate networks to track, which is where issues may arise.
