    So that's normal price ?

    • -2

Yes, $200 is the standard pricing - the same as when there are posts of always free ebooks or Xboxes at RRP.
The difference here is that that it comes with the 10% monthly discount and more data than the previous $200 plan.

      • -3

Difference is the Xboxs are rarer than hen's teeth, this is available willy nilly

  • +1

Seems to be regular price. Not a bargain?

    • the increase of data over the previous $200 plan + the 10% monthly discount + https://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/help:voting_guidelines

      • Warning to other users that all you do is post regular pricing then.

        +

        Negative Vote

        Purpose:

        • To let others know about issues with the deal, merchant or product.
        • +1

I've only ever made two "regular pricing" posts out of 36 in total, and this is one of them (with the other one receiving a pretty decent response), so I'm not sure what you're referring to.

I have wwths mobile and save the $200 per year just with 10% off.

    • +1

I save heaps more than that sim slutting & shopping @ Aldi.

      • Luxury. Bin diving is the life for me.

    Bad timing.
You should have posted when it was $20 off.

Actually, somebody did. See first comment: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/684784
Oh wait, that was you. So I'm confused … why post now when it is normal price?

    • +1

Fair point. However that linked post isn't about this plan, and this plan has changed to include more data than previously

      • -5

Right, it’s probably more about getting people to click on your referral link.

        • +2

The link isn't a referral link, it's just a generic link to the website. You can check this in the revisions tab

  • Woolworths Mobile sucks. Contract ends in July for 3 phones in this family. Can't wait to say goodbye. $hitty support. FU Olive and it's impossible to find a single soul that's remotely helpful. Deals like Boost and other offerings with actual decent data allowances just make these kinds of products embarrassing.

    • I'm sorry about the bad experience seamonkey, I've sent you a message to see if I can help at all.

    • To be fair it would be an ok deal if the reception was any good…. This limits its value enormously for me….

Also DO NOT trust the coverage guide posted…

      • +1

That's pretty bad for telstra! I've never liked them due to their shonky past but their claim to fame is coverage.

        • It's not the full Telstra coverage… Belong has better coverage in my experience…

          • +1

@pointnlarf: Belong and Woolies have the =exact= same network coverage. They both use the exact same Telstra wholesale network. If there's a coverage issue, it will be with Telstra, not them.

Only Boost uses the whole retail Telstra network (but don't get access to 5G)

            • @PeppaPigDidNthngWrng: Not my experience in my area… 4-5 bars for belong vs 1 if lucky on WW. Same phone

              • +2

@pointnlarf: I don't know what to tell you. It is the exact same Telstra Wholesale network. You can test it yourself with LTE Discovery if you still have access to the other sim. Belong and Woolies have absolutely nothing to do with the network. They just get you onto Telstra, and that's it. Telstra have two sets: wholesale and retail.

To put it another way: it is literally impossible for the same phone to be different on the same network. I'm not calling you a liar, but something else was going on.

  • Any chance we can activate apple watch service added to this?

    • "Support for Smart Watches is currently not available, but may be in the future."

  • +2

Don't they use the 'crippled' 'wholesale' Telstra network (I.e kiss goodbye to coverage apart from city centres)

    • The only provider using the Telstra retail network (other than Telstra) is Boost.

  • +5

No VoLTE, no VoWiFi, and I can buy the Boost $200 SIM for $151 with 100Gb + 40Gb bonus (140Gb total) data.

    No bargain sorry…

    • Price Boost from Lucky ($153) and then get Officeworks to price beat ($145.35).

Simonline uses a code, which OW won't beat. Lucky just has a sale price.

  • I dunno, this doesn't really seem like a bargain and I'm seeing a lot of Woolies Mobile posts on here. It's a little smelly…

    • meh. 20GB extra for the same price? It isn't nothing. It's not a GREAT deal, but it's something.

  • $200 plan is currently $20 off

  • So does buying a $200 card for $180 work for people who are already with woolworths?
If not, what's the best way to recharge?
