The SE is not worth the money. You’re better off buying a Mini 2 that has far superior features

    • or dji mavic 3 haha

The Mini 2 is indeed superior but, at this price, the Mini SE presents seriously good value for money.

I've had a Mini and Mini 2, I wouldn't say the MIni 2 is "Far superior". The only real difference is better range and better camera(2.7k vs 4k). The Mini still takes amazing footage, and flies far further than anybody needs to(I've gone over 5km with a Mini)

      • You've got very good eyes to maintain line of sight with a Mini @ 5km ;)

        • Just send it ;)

You missed the wind resistance on Mini 2 is much better than Mini 1.

        • +1

It is, but the SE has the same wind resistance as the Mini 2.

      • How about battery backup?

      • How do you get to 5KM when the Mini SE is only rated for 4KM?

    I don't need this.

    I don't need this.

Edit: It sold out. Saved my bank account.

    • I was exactly the same. Glad it went out of stock! Lol

      i guess you don't need this. :D

Next time you won't be so lucky.

  • I love price drops in the drone scene, always wanted one for fun, don't need one at all.

Waiting for the Mini 3 Fly More for $650 or something, maybe 24 months. Fun gadget for sure.

  • What do most folks do with this with all the draconian laws for drones?

I had initially wanted to get this to inspect the roof gutters on my property but was told the drone has to be 30m away from neighbours which is tough for most major cities unless you live on acreage.

    • See i can understand this as a valid use case unfortunately others ruined it for those with a legitimate use cases like these.

If you live in suburbia thats a no go in flying a drone.

    • 30metres from people, so just check them when your neighbours aren't hanging around your fenceline.

  • New price is from a brand new seller, no feedback. Please delivery is end of April/early May.
