and today, the guy at Morley said i had to have the "colour coupon", as my black and white laser printout was claimed to be a "photocopy". i told him i printed it off from the CCA website and he goes "oh, they were always in colour before."
got 2 with 2 vouchers at one time.

Strange, as the voucher clearly says "simply present this voucher at any participating Woolworths Petrol outlet". But others have redeemed at Caltex servos not on the participating outlets list!!

2 Woolies Petrol have refused me - they are no longer on the list!
I thought all Caltex/Woolworths were company owned and operated so no stores would be excluded (minus the ones that don't sell the drinks in the first place).

Wait a minute! My local stations are in the selected outlets… but mine did not scan. Didn't let me take it.
I seriously don't know why everyone is having so much trouble. Of the dozen or so Woolworths stations I have tried here in Melbourne, all have taken it, only one girl made a fuss because she didn't know about it but accepted it once it scanned in. The only real trouble I have had is their scanners not reading the barcode in most cases, the staff have to key in the number by hand and it works fine (despite printing the pdf on a laser printer…). Just insist they key it in if it doesn't scan. There must be some stores in some States which are franchised and they appear to be tighter than most of us :)
Was keyed in at the first Woolies Petrol - nothing came up, so was told deal was not available at that store. Next one said not participating as soon as they saw the voucher - they had tried it before. All the Woolies Petrol servos near me are not on the participating list - and that list was not available until days after the deal started (at which time all Woolies Petrol were linked as participating)… that is a bit of trouble with this deal.
Still haven't found a Woolworths Petrol servo that will accept a voucher. A Caltex (Star Mart) manager made some calls & told me it will be accepted at company but not franchised Woolworths Petrol servos - and there are none of those in my area of Brissie. So this deal depends on luck of being in a Woolies company area.
I tried today and first caltex woolworths I found said no because the people at the counter were wearing caltex shirts and they weren't working for woolies.
Then the next one said htey did accept the vouchers but there needs to be a voucher number/name at hte bottom :( (I had ones printed off from the first page of this thread). So off to generate some legit vouchers. and in this caltex woolworths, the guy at the counter was wearing a woolies shirt.
So that was a Woolies owned servo. Mystery solved I think.
Participating Outlets is a different list to that a few days ago!!
All my local Woolies Petrol are no longer listed. Thats rude changing the deal!
