    For those not familiar with Noosa, make sure you look on the map where this actually is. To get to Noosa beach you’re going to need to drive, bus or ferry it.

      Yep - 7ks drive from Noosa, where you can't park anyway.

      And not sure in whose imagination this place is "4 star"

    Yes in Tewantin, drive to beach/shops etc. this is not a deal for Noosa and could do better to look elsewhere

    Yeah I live nearby and it’s a fair hike to the main tourist area, main beaches etc. currently some major construction going on there too. Free buses on weekends or can catch expensive ferry from marina across the road to Hastings st. As a local I haven’t been near Hastings st for about 2 years. Just too hard to get there/park etc and over priced.

    I think I have to neg this deal, it doesn't seem like a bargain to me. The value is very subjective.

    Seems more like an advert than a bargain?

    Edit - looking at the photos, I'm surprised that the OP would consider this to be a bargain. It seems expensive for what you actually get.
