HiKOKI KC18DDBL(HGZ) 18V 5.0Ah Brushless 3pce Combo Kit + 2 Extra 5Ah Batteries (1 via Redemption) $499 Shipped @ Sydneytools

100

26/4 update: the $499 price is still valid but now only one bonus battery.

Hi guys, my first post please be gentle.

I was looking for a Angle grinder for DIY but looking for a decent tools (Brushless), this set is the best one on the market at the moment, a Brushless Angle Grinder alone costs 2/3 of the price of this set . The same deal from Total Tools and else where does not included the extra 5Ah Battery ($189 RRP), the same set with 2 battery currently on sale will cost you $699 HiKOKI KC18DDBL(HCZ)
Not to mention, you can redeem an extra 5Ah battery until 30/06/2022.
So long in short, $499 and you get 3 pieces set with 3 Batteries which is a killer deal in my opinion, also 6 years warranty (registration online required). There are other set which offer 1 or 2 battery at the moments so just keep browsing as needed.

Edited (thank tlaw82)- These are two different promotion running at the same time:
Promotion link Bonus Battery until COB 25/04/2022
Redemption Link- Bonus Battery or Accessories until 30/06/2022

    • No, I'm not

Probably a pricing error and estimates delivery in a few months

    • It is not a pricing error but a long weekend promotion, the kit came with 1 battery and they give away another one until COB today. I just got my set yesterday

Can confirm not a pricing error.
I purchased this kit a week ago from tradetools at the same price:

    https://www.tradetools.com/multivolt-brushless-cordless-3-pi…

The additional battery was an option among a couple of other tool skins
But the battery is honestly kind of a no-brainer as a 3 piece cordless kit with only one battery isn't great.

    The redemption details are here:

    • If you haven't used your set yet, try to get it return, as with this running promotion you can get 2 extra batteries and 1 came with the kit

  • hikoki used to be hitachi …. hitachi and metabo were bought out and now some products trade under hikoki and some trade under metabo ….. hikoki is better known overseas, we seem to have more love for makita and dewalt in australia as they pounced into the cordless brushless tradie market when it transitioned from brushed ni-my and brushed to lithium brushless and i think hikoki might have left their re-appearance a bit late.

love my old hitachi c9 saw and drills.
