  • i need a small backpack!

  • Thanks, had $3 credit on Kogan I didn't even know aboutm cheers

  • +4

Not sure who pays the $104.95 RRP

Can find it for under $40 on a lot of places, just Kogan being Kogan by saying stuff like '104.95 rRp'

This is the cheapest I can see right now though, might as well pull the trigger for this price.

  • +3

I won't even buy it for $10. The quality is not up to standard. Material is very soft, not sure if it can really withstand any cut. Waterproof, probably as it is plastics.

    • +3

I got this last time, wasnt good. Didnt look good.

    • these are the fakes of the original. I have an original which did cost about $120 and it is very high quality

    • That's why it's anti theft, nobody would steal it.

    • Second that. Bought it, buckle broke within one week. Not recommended.

  • Normally $15 - 20 no? These were for sale last month for the same price..

    Other colours also available:

It has Milano in the name. CMON! Italian..could have been $499 RRP

    • +1

      I feel there's a dot missing somewhere.

      • +1

        $.179

  • Just tuck your valuables into your undies and you'll be alright mate. Saves you that $10 right there. Or better yet, don't travel to areas that are not safe, which saves you even more lol.

Wallah cuz if i see you in bankistown, im going to bash you ya dog, f@&!%n gronk

      • I once saw a guy on the train with OzBargain on their phone coming out of Bankstown. What are the chances it was you?

        • +6

Lol was i wearing my nike pants and hoodie, adidas runners, cap and have a bumbag on my waist with a zatar manoush in my hand and a 7eleven coffee hitting on a blond aussie chick trying to impress her with stories of my adventures in cabramatta and get her number on the train … lol

Unlikely. I havent taken a train for past 6 years except once when we had the free travel public transport over the school holidays, and even then i felt dirty because of all the covid bullship brainwashing

          • @easternculture: Would have been 4-5 years ago. 95% certain it was Adidas trackpants and a grey hoodie. I should have asked. We could have had the best get together

      • Username does not check out.

I got one on a previous deal. Used it once and now it gains dust. To small and looks cheap.

  • +8

    Antitheft backpack eh

    steals the backpack

    • +2

It's anti-theft, because no self-respecting thief would steal it.

  • Love a backpack. Cheers op

  • I have this bag. It rips a bit, but it's decent.

  • Link doesn’t even work. Edit: not much working on the Kogan App at the moment.

  • +4

Have bought this before, it’s trash, save your money and get something better.

  • I remember when my friend bought this close to RRP years ago being disappointed with all the fakes coming out for the same quality… Not sure what is "genuine" in this case.

  • +3

I got one of these and did not enjoy any part of the experience

  • For ten bucks, it's a steal!

    • +3

Steal of your money that’s for sure.

  • +4

These are copies of the Kickstart originals - they are not worth ten bucks even with free shipping

  • Complete rubbish look at stitching its a 99cent job from china

  • +33

    junk. skip this, seriously

stitching is shite. material is shite. looks like shite and feels like shite

even more so after a week of normal use

probably is anti theft tho because thieves will look at this and think nah this guy won't have anything in there worth stealing. can't even afford a half decent bag

    • Sounds like Kogan.

      • +3

yep that should be Kogan slogan

"looks like a great deal but is actually not worth 5 cent and a kick in the nuts"

    • You've tried it?

      • +4

        sadly, yes

    • +1

Just so we're clear, are you saying you like it?

      • +1

        nah, it's instant landfill

you're better off getting one of those reusable bags from Woolies. lasts longer, trust me.

    • But what if some people like having 'shite' on their back? If it get's worse over time, then it would effectively be getting bettererer for them.

  • +2

This is a rip off of the XD Design Bobby bag which I can recommend. The XD Design that is, not this cheap knock off.

  • +1

These bags are terrible, crappy stitching and zipper will probably break after two uses….

    • +1

May I suggest this as well.

I bought this off ebay for $25 odd before the pandemic. Used it for a few months. It is very small and not upto the expectations. Probably ok for $10 but I guess you are better of getting the Dell backpacks when they are on specials for $18-$20

    • absolutely that. I am using a Dell basic gaming backpack for 17 inchers and it was a steal for $18

      much more durable and functional

  • -1

Very small and the side 'wings' gets in yr way when opening the bag. Bag opens 180 degrees too, there are velcro straps to prevent that but then, it blocks yr hand from trying to get stuff in the pockets.

Save yr $10 and buy more USB-C cables.

  • Save you money and get something practical like a crumpler bag which lasts for decades

  • I know if there's one thing i want to cheap out on, it's security/safety products!

  • Dont support kogan. Worst customer service.

  • The RRP is a joke. This is a knock-off product. A copy of a $200 backpack from ages ago which actually wasn't that good to begin with. But hey, if you don't mind a shoddy backpack for $10, this will do. Personally I'd much rather an amazon basics backpack than this junk. They go on sale for $15. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B013TGEPZW?smid=ANEGB3WVEVKZB&t…

  • P.S. Mountain Duffle still for sale..

  • +1

There is no place to add coupon code?

  • Arrived today. Initially didn't want to but wife saw this and said why not so pulled the trigger…It's much much better than expectation after seeing all the above "crap" claims. Looks better aesthetically than picture, will stand sturdy when no item packed, and the capacity is very generous. Definitely worth the price tho

  • Unfortunately I bought it before seeing all the comments. The buckle broke in the first week. Not recommended.
