  • I wanted one of these, but as it doesn't have "Internet Telephony" application, the inbuilt SIP stack is useless without 3rd party software.

Instead I opted for an E71 and it is a great phone, it supplements my N95 at this time.

  • I was actually researching this phone yesterday and with just a quick google search you can see it is cheaper. Additional research could definitely net this phone cheaper.

Nokia N96 Mobile Phone (Grey) $921.63 Shipping Cost: $33.11AUD - Smaller warranty than normal though

Nokia N96 Mobile Phone $933.93 Shipping Cost $20.

So no disrespect but I think there are better deals out there, unless you are offering something additional like free extended warranty or Nokia Accessories. The free delivery for items over $300 does bring you closer to the competition which is good.

  • Lots of spam on the board lately, maybe restrict companies posting their own deals? Unless its something really great like Austech is doing.

  • Yeah also they have two Nokia N96 phones on offer which is strange. One is Vodafone unlocked for $975 as the ad mentions but there is also one for $1029, not sure what the difference is…

I guess the vodafone one may have the logo on it. Apart form that no idea.

Definitely not a good deal now that I have done more research.

The ad itself mentions nothing about warranty. On their site however it says warranty is for 12 months but
"Manufactures would be responsible for the warranty. But Mobileciti can offer warranty and Mobileciti is happy to assist you with any warranty issues"

    Seems kinda contradictory to me

  • smelled spam from miles away..

  • i dont get it, this phone isnt free, nothing about the phone if free either. $1000 isnt exactly free now, its a lot of fricken money!
